A Split Routine from Mens Health

Okay, I was reading my brothers Mens Health and I saw this workout;

Monday – Back & Shoulders
Lat Pull
Dumbbell Dead Lifts
Upright Rows
Dumbbell Shrugs

Core Workout
Weighted Sit-Ups
Abs Crunches

Tuesday – Chest & Oblique
Bench Press
Peck Deck
Side Bends

Thursday – Legs
Dumbbell Squats
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises

Friday – Arms
Dumbbell Curls
Reverse Curls
Triceps Pull Down
Triceps Press
Hand Grips

All 10 x 3

Would you say it's any good?

EDIT: I was just thinking, if I was to do this but heavy weight would doing it 5 x 5 be better?

dont have much time so just gonna jot down a few notes for you to go and research.

- you dont need a whole workout for your arms.

- "Core" is not just abs. Also include lower back and obliques (sides)

- you dont have shoulder press in there.

- for legs, dont use machines, do squats and lunges.

- find a range of exercises to work your abs and obliques.

Was this really in mens health, cos they are normally better than this.

I swear to god it was in a Mens Health I found under my brothers bed while cleaning his stuff out. (gone off to uni)

well not only is it a rubish workout. Its irisponsible of them to post something so crap.

there are plenty of good workouts if you look around the forum, mainly in the diarys.
