A simple story revolving around complicated goals!

Yea, I am fine, thanks for asking :)

I need to weight myself tomorrow to know where I am, and yes you are right @Mandy I probably eat more since I "work-out" so much more, so if I can succeed in limiting my food intake, I may be able to lose weight. At the moment I am happy with my body because my legs are very well defined thanks to biking and my recent "job", and my arms never felt so good/stronger ( I am not big by any mean like schwarzy, I am just not super skinny, I have what I need to do what I do on a daily basis.
The only thing I am not happy with is my belly, I never really lost it even when I got down to 69 kgs in the past year, so I don't really know how I can lose it, maybe I cannot.

:)

You'll lose the belly in time, it's hard to specifically get weight to remove how we want it to be since it comes a little here, there, etc... but one advice I picked up from Billy Banks tapes was to always suck in your gut when you work out and keep it like that during the entire work out. Maybe that'll help you out, for me it has, but can be different from person to person. Hang in there, you'll get it where you want it in due time.

I love Billy Blanks! He's a great motivator for me. I do the same thing as Dude. My gut is constantly sucked in during my workouts. Even when I'm just walking I try to keep it sucked in as much as possible. If for nothing else, it does help to strengthen your core muscles. I have heard that belly fat is the hardest to get rid of. Just keep working at it Hugo. I'm sure you'll get there. :)

If you're having problems with pushups, try doing them girly style (on your knees instead of toes) to build up arms and chest, and planks to build up your core.

I've grown to like pushups, which is a statement I never thought I'd say!

Thanks Lil John :) I found your post inspirational, and I am gonna start to do them girly style push-up.
I went to the doctor today and he weighed me at 89 kg but I was full clothes ON, boots included.

When do you guys do your push-ups? In the morning after waking up? Because I wouldn 't be able to do them when I get back from work, no way since I would've already exhausted my body.

I like to work out in the morning just after getting up - but that´s not the best time if you´re trying to get some real strength in.

When I was doing push ups I also did them in the morning. My workouts aren't as varied as the many others here simply because I have limited means. I usually do a Taebo workout to get cardio in and some strengthening and toning in. After I do that sometimes I'll mess with weights or doing additional squats or push ups... girly style. LOL
