A little bit about me: I'm almost 18 and I'm overweight. I suffer from chronic GERD (or reflux) which makes eating unhealthy foods in general not much fun. I've noticed it causes me to feel hungry shortly after eating unhealthy foods- because of reflux setting in- and as a result I overeat. But I've decided no more excuses and no more potential health risks, I'm going to be healthy and lose weight.

I've had a good week, up until we decided to go eat out and catch a movie today. Though I have to admit I stuck to my calorie limits and I actually feel good for once after going out. Here's my day's plan:
Breakfast: A packet of instant oats and soya milk. (250 kcal)
Lunch: Chicken, Avo, Bacon Salad (395 kcal) and black tea. A can of Tab- soda which contains 2kj.
Snack(?): Movie popcorn- half of a small box (shared with a sibling) and another Tab. (200 kcal)
Dinner snack (because I'm not very hungry): Black tea, and 2 potato scones (160 kcal)
Total Calories: 1005 kcal
Excercise:
15mins on treadmill- 150kcals burned
10mins Boxing- +-68kcal
10mins sit-ups- +- 34 kcal
15mins stationary bike- +-50kcal
Total burned: 300kcal
