Well, this week, I've skipped the hotel and gone and stayed with a friend - who coincidentally is also trying to shed a few pounds - I took my scales with me !! and am able to continue the journey.
But normally, and for the next 2 weeks it will be hotels. Some have gyms some don't - I've checked next weeks and it don't. But you're right, I can do some stuff in the room - not sure I'm brave enough to go through the lobby in gym kit !
So, thanks for those ideas - I had assumed it was the gym or nothing - but you're right there are other options - Where this is a will there is a way !!!

I'm getting a little concerned now - the weight is dropping of me. Lost 6Kg in the last 2 weeks, lost 1Kg (of the 6) between today and yesterday. Not sure what's going on - there is no way my calorie deficit is this great. Now I'm worried it's too fast and I'll have the saggy skin problem. So today I'm going to deliberately eat more. See if I can slow things to a more reasonable pace. Never thought I'd have this problem!
This morning I even achieved my next "milestone" - To drop below 16st - but it didn't feel as good as I expected - 'cause it's all happening too fast. (There's no pleasing some people)
