A Plateau

So I have hit a major plateau and I can't seem to break it. I have been in it for 5 months now and what should I do?
 
Without knowing more about your routine and diet...

1.) Make sure you are eating properly

2.) Change your set/rep range, if your doing the classic 3 sets of 10 reps, switch to 5 sets of 5 reps at about 80% of your one rep max.

3.) Adjust your routine.

Just a few suggestions, post you routine if you want more specific advice.
