A newer, more extremer workout plan.

:D

Hello.

I thought of something. :)

Yesterday morning, I did my 8 set routine. Or, half of it. Now.

I thought of this morning, how lucky I was to have almost completely healed my pectorals after that 8 set routine (6 of which were max, the final 2 where 90%). Then this morning I thought, WHAT IF, I were to combine both of my workout days into 1?

Okay! But hear me out. I would do this in an entire day;

Morning; 8 set, 7 rep pectorals/ 8set, 10 rep triceps / 8 set, 10 rep legs/ 8 set/10 rep upper back.

Evening; 4 set, 20 rep abs/ 4 set, 10 rep abs/ 4 set, 20 rep abs
/8 set, 15 rep biceps/ 8 set, 10 rep shoulders

A bit too extreme? Maybe. I figure I would be doing each session with a around 8 hour break between the two.

The next day would be rest, and then it repeats after that.

I don't know if this has been done, but I think it could possibly work.

Sure you can do fullbody workouts but not with that much volume, i do 3 fullbody workouts a week.

Newbie's should work up to alot of volume like you have not jump into it in a few months. (That much volume is near impossible with all major muscle groups at the sametime.)

More is not better, you continue that and actually train hard you'll burnout in 2 or 3 weeks and start skipping workouts.

Throw out the triceps excercises also.

Man throw that routine its a mess in all honesty.
