it has been a mostly relaxing weekend. yesterday i was in charge of sports med at the football and i was soooo glad it went smoothly for my first time. today involved very little movement and my eating wasn't the best but was resonably controlled considering I had friends visiting for D&D which usually turns into a junk food extravaganza.

Today was a good day at the gym, the weights on my program felt easy so I decided to give it a bit extra just to get a bit of an idea of progress since the state titles. despite being a bit tired after the extra bench sets i still pushed out an easy solid triple at 80 kg of competition standard which was my final lift at the state titles 2 months ago with 1 month to go before nationals. I didn't push myself to hard and try a 1 rep max but i now feel I have a good chance of winning my first national title :D

damn tru!!!What is it like with him sitting on the machine, LOL

hi relly, it was different having him sit there but it was the only way to add weight but I now have more volunteers for when I decide to max out leg press again but I am still a fair way off having the gym owners son sitting up there like the australian bodybuilding champ had when he was in the gym lol

I have started tracking my workouts on another site so i have access to the graphs and charts ( dailyburn.com ) but I will still report my major workouts here in my diary just not the little incidental workout that i do when i am fustrated with kids or have a bit of spare time :)

Wow, you have a very long diary! You seem to put alot of effort into what your doing... your current workouts make me hurt just reading them LOL Its nice to see someone work so hard to achieve the results they want. I look forward to reading more of your diary and thanks for stopping into mine!

G'luck!
