Decline Benchpress

3 X 10 @ 40 kg

Incline DB press

3 X 8 @ 20 kg (44lb)


Shrugs

Tricep Pushdowns

3 X 10 @ 65 kg (143 lb)

Bicep Curls

3 X 10 @ 12.5 kg (27 lb)

I can't believe you do stairmaster at level 8. I would die. So far I have been able to go up to level 5 and lasted for about 8 minutes but I was dying lol

Your lifting is insane. My inspiration! I can't wait until I lose all this body fat and then I can just focus on toning and weights.

ate a little to much last night but at least it was healthy

TODAY - so far

1 hour fit mix class

Lunch - fruit and nut mix (unsalted)

I think I may be going insane as I am beginning to enjoy the stairmaster.:biggrinjester:

Your weigh tlighting is insaine...I just started boot camp and it is killing me, LOL, I have never pushed myself like that before and my body isnt too happy...:(But im doing it 4 evenings a week.

I cant stand the stair master, however after i used it for only 10 mins as a warm up, my ass hurt for days, lol...

Im wondering if you could try to help me out with something ?

Im dealing with bad cramping and we are all trying to figure out how and why...my cramping is in my shins...it gets so bad that walking is hard.I cant walk them off or stretch them out...On Thursday it prevented me from doing at least 10 mins of class

My friend Steph whom im attending boot camp with suggested more potasiam, gator raid or power aid for electrolights and warming my legs.Like wearing leg warmers and such or something like that.

I thought the cramping was from not being warmed up before running but even with walking first and only just walking I still get cramped.I know my biggest problem is that I dont get enough sleep if at all any...and with now doing the boot camp it is prob just a bit much for my body...I dunno...

If you have any thoughts or feed back, Id appreciate it...

Cinderelly, while there may be any number of other reasons, I will say that gatorade, or similar has definitely helped me. I used to get cramps sometimes after long rides. Not so much anymore because I'm paying attention to electrolytes now.

Always thought it was marketing hype but the science there is real.

You ARE going insane for enjoying the Stairmaster :p OMG I can't even imagine level 10 for one minute and you did it for half an hour. You are insane! :p
 
Cinderelly - is it your shins or your calf that is cramping and how much water are you drinking ? when I increased my water intake I stoped getting bad cramps in my calf muscle. I will ask my coach/Tutor next time I see her.

No exercise today - rest day but had Anatomy class today and will have a test next week.

LOL, to the insaine one:)Cute!It is my shins not my calfs.Today I wore long johns under my pants and I drank half a bottle of gater ade before class and it seemed to help.I was still in pain but didnt cramp up, so that is a positive...

Having a rest day is a good thing:)!

I got some more protein powder today, bit different from the one I have used before $90 worth so I hope it's ok
 
Ok i just tried my new protein powder and it actually tasted good :biggrinjester: (Double Rich Chocolate, 105 calories per scoop) Makes a change from most of the ones I have tried and it is ok for my alergies.

I need to work on my hamstring strength and more core, my Quads and glutes are great but the hamstings are holdong back my squat strength.

so more hamstring raises on a more regular basis :ack2:

urgggh :ack2:, With reduced overall caffein intake and none at all so far today I have had a killer headache this evening which is only now beginning to suside after giving in to an energy drink but 1 today is better than 3 or 4 as I sit here filling in time while my supper cooks (chicken breast with some onion and zucchini), the kids and hubby have already eaten stuff I am alergic to so at least my meal is healthy.
