A new stage of the journey

I feel like i have been sooo lazy today, I have just finished lunch (Lambs Liver) which has brought my avg daily iron intake up to just under where it should be, but 450 calories is a lot higher for lunch than usual. I need to go and peg out the washing but just can't seem to convince my body that it should move away from the computer.

Seems like you're ready to hit those goals huh? I hate BMI as well btw (I saw that on the first page of your journal). I think it's silly how much they think I should weigh at 6'7".
 
I wish I had the option to box at my gym.. :) sounds pretty frickin fun! Hope your having a great week so far!

thing have not gone to plan today, class was called of and I got stuck doing some web development work I realy didn't want to do.:puke:

I am soooo looking forward to finalising the sale of my last remaining web site :hurray:

no workout yet today, might be able to squeeze in a workout while the boys are doing martial arts.

This afternoon has been a complete disaster, it looks like my middle son is going to be suspended from school again followed by a dickhead driver who pulled out of an intersection in front of me then stopped dead got out and had a *&%8@# go at me, I felt like driving his head into the bitumen exept I had 2 kids in the car. I am so stressed I have eated a few things I should not have including chocolate (325 cals) and an enrgy drink loaded with caffein.

I am sitting here feeling like i need to rip someones head of shit down their neck hole.

luckily the rest of the family recognise my mood and keeping away till i calm down, Lack of a chance to work out is also not helping my mood.

I need to eat more, especially now I have cut down on the amount of energy drinks i have been having.

rest day tomorrow to do some of my coursework.

today started ok with my middle son having an apointment with his shrink but the day has gotten progressivly worse

I have had in interupted workout as my youngest son had a meltdown at school.

Workout

5 minutes rower

Squat (ATG)

10 @ 60 kg - working on explosive power at bottom of lift
10 @ 80 kg
3 X 3 @ 100 kg (220 lb)

Stiff Leg Deadlifts

3 x 10 @ 60 kg

Bench press

10 @ 40 (fast controlled, developing explosive power)
10 @ 50
3 X 2 @ 60 kg

Interupted

Time for lunch and try to keep the stress levels down

I'm secretly amused though with the road rage driver situation... I'm guessing the idiot had absolutely no idea who they were dealing with... I'm sort of sorry that the kids were in the car:sifone:

It sucks that you have to deal with the school systems and such the way that you do. You are clearly a dedicated and involved parent in every way and I know that in the end you'll work this out... one way or another.

Well it is a new week, and I am looking foward to getting back on track after the fiasco at the end of last week. I have refreshed the playlist on my Ipod and am writing myself a new program for the gym starting tomorrow. will post it when i have finished working it out.

I have had a good workout at the gym this morning to relieve a bit of stress, 65 kg bench press for 3 and leg press 440 kg (978 lb) + a few other exercises, I have class tomorrow morning followed by the funeral,so I am unlikely to get a chance to workout tomorrow.
