Hey there fellow Team 2-er(we really need to come up with a better name). Thought I'd pop in and see how things are going.


I nailed the workout this morning and still feel like i could do a bit more
Warmup
Stairmaster 20 minutes lvl 11, 10 minutes lvl 12
Weights - Abs and rotator cuff
Cardio Climber - 30 minutes
Treadmill - 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes jog, 1.7 miles total
a can hear my heavy bag calling but need to let breakfast digest first.![]()
