Challenge Day 3

ok, it is day 3 of the challenge and everything is cruising :)

it is still early here (6:30 am) time to get ready and hit the gym :)
 
ooooooooo wii fit, i want!!!!! Do you have the hula hoop game? Apparently it is a riot to watch. Good job!

yep the hula hoop is hilarious to watch ROFLMFAO

watching my son do it is a workout in itself with all the laughing, and watching hubby do step is also a damn good laughing workout.
 
I nailed the workout this morning and still feel like i could do a bit more :sifone:

Warmup

Stairmaster 20 minutes lvl 11, 10 minutes lvl 12

Weights - Abs and rotator cuff

Cardio Climber - 30 minutes

Treadmill - 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes jog, 1.7 miles total

a can hear my heavy bag calling but need to let breakfast digest first. :coolgleamA:

don't know about the calorie burn, but the ab work has to be amazing. :D I think I might have to get a Wii just for that. watching Matt hula hoop would make my year. :D

15 minutes warmup stairmaster lvl 12 (max level) will wear weight vest tomorrow

Bench
Incline DB Bench
Skull Crushers
Decline Bench
Cable flys
Back extensions (wearing weight vest + 20 kg plate)
shrugs
Tricep pushups (using pushup bars to get lower depth in each pushup)

Drive Home no classes today

Choriographed a 45 min impromptu cardio kickboxing class using heavy bag. not good for the knees but not to bad either. should have got one of the boys to video it, I rekon it would have passed for my group fitness exam :D:D
 
lol nice avatar i'm assuming thats in line with your team "sweet cheeks" lol too funny... i'm guessing were going to be seeing a whole lot more asses around here for the next 6 weeks lol

35 minute Wii Fit (Hoola Hoop, running, strength and yoga)

20 minutes stairmaster (max level + wearing weighted vest)

30 minutes abs and rotator cuff strength

10 minutes cardio climber with weighted vest.
