Sorry i didn't post yesterday but i felt really bad when i got home from the gym

I thought i just felt sick because i was hungry but it didn't go away and i had goose bumps, felt cold and shivery and all i wanted to do was curl up under the duvet.....so i did. Up til then i had had a pretty nice day. I had a bit of diarohea in the morning but i thought i was nervous about my dental appt (it didn't occur to me that it might be some kind of bug) Met up with Bec's and her little lad, Austin for lunch and had a good catch up and natter about our camping trip. I had had a look online for some and found a place called 'Hedgehog corner' it is exclusively tents and only two people per pitch, only 10 pitches, no kids, no dogs. each pitch has it's own table and bench, somewhere to have a bucket fire and BBQ!!! How awesome does that sound.
Went to the gym at about 4.30pm intending to do a 10km run but was totally rubbish

I really struggled and only managed to do 5 min walk, 10 min run intervals for 50 mins. I was sooooooo hot (and it wasn't hot outside, it was raining!) and sweaty and needed to drink loads (normally i only drink my drink when i finish but had to fill my bottle twice!!!!! did some time on the bike as i struggled so much with running and then did my toning class. As i was going home i started to feel sick and didnt want to eat anything so i had some porridge. Eating didn't make me feel any better so i had a shower and went to bed.
I felt fine when i woke up this morning and went to work. I had moments of feeling sick but nothing too bad until after lunch when i had such bad stomach cramps and bloatedness!!!! And i felt rubbish. That was when i had the chocolate cake

It was Chris's birthday and he brought it in!!! I resisted temptation all day until then. It's like my brain told me that i would feel better if i had some. Of course, i didn't lol. I did only have a tiny bit but still, chocolate and cake is banned, so double wammy fail!!!!. Still bloated and uncomfortable now but not too bad.
I have just booked our camping trip

so 'Hedghog corner' here we come. It is going to be so nice just chilling, drinking wine, wandering etc with no kids or men.......bliss
Cate Aaaaawwww sweetie, your babies are sooooo cute. Totally adorable. I love the name Sophie, we had a Labrador when i lived at home called Sophie and she was a huge part of my life, i even had her stay with me at weekends when i left home

I have taken your advice about my meds. I have gone back to taking them every day and i will make an appointment with the doctor. I did have other things happen that day but it would have taken me ages to explain it but i kinda took that really personally too. You (as always) are right, i need to do this with the doctor rather than just trying to do it myself cos i think i can cope better now.

Sarah 100 crunches aint that bad really. I do them in sets. I do 20 normal crunches, 20 bridges, 20 to one side crunches, 20 to the other crunches, 20 bridges, 20 crunches with legs in the air (they are a killer lol) 20 bridges and then 20 normal crunches. Doing the bridges in between gives the stomach muscles a break. The crunches i did at the class on wednesday were soooooooo hard, it was just non stop for what felt like 20,000 lol
Yeah, i can't believe how much i walk at work.....Sat on my arse all day!!!!! Ha, that showed him lol
