Breakfast: 3 small slices of wholemeal toast with light spread, marmite, homemade raspberry jam and homemade gooseberry & rhubarb jam (not all on the same one!!)
2nd Breakfast: 1 large slice of wholemeal toast with light spread and goosberry& rhubarn jam (397 cals for both)
Lunch: Granola bar (189 cals)
Dinner: spagetti bolognese (545 clas)
Snacks: A slice of white bread with light spread and a slice of cheese!, snickers chocolate bar, 140g dark chocolate, chocolate biscuit thing and a bag of monster munch crisps!!!!!!!!WHOOPS!!! (881 cals)
Total calories = 2012!!!!!
Exercise: 5 mile run!!
I was really chuffed with my 1lb weight loss, especially after last weekends eating! Also really pleased to realise that i had miscalculated and was actually another lb lighter than i thought!!!
Jane and I hadn't done our sunday morning for 3 weeks due to hangovers and weekends away so we were both pretty nervous at how well we would manage and it was awesome, we both totally loved it!!! Not only is the running good but we chat all the way and that is great too, we both find that part of it really helpful, kinda like a good therapy session
I can't believe i only have 6lb to reach my target........That is totally fucking insane!!!! 6lb!!!!!!!! I know i will carry on but it is so mind blowing that i am so close to the target i set myself at the beginning of this.
Had a nice day today.........Ate way too much but hey ho!!! It's weigh day and i needed chocolate...so had some. I am sooooo gonna feel like shit tomorrow after eating so much chocolate and bread, i bet you i am a proper gumpy cow!!!!!
Mum came round for coffee and then we went to visit Marks mum as his Grandad was going to be there. Marks mum was really nice again and said some lovely things.

I loved my run this morning, the weather was beautifully clear and was really quite cold, it was so lovely running thru the woods. If you are thinking about trying to have a go at running i would say
GO FOR IT!!!! I really can't put into words how much i totally love it. I love what it has done for me physically but most of all i love how it makes me feel mentally. It is the best way to deal with stress, grumpyness, sadness etc etc. It really is. Have a go hun, take it steady and try the C25K but have a go

I'll be right here to cheer you on. My sister in law has never done any kind of exercise in her life and she has reached 25 mins on the C25K, the squeally excited texts i get from her are amazing
6lb left to go lol not 3lb! you are as bad as me!!! Yes i do feel different, i feel more femine, i feel more confident, i feel more accepting of myself

It still blows me away when i catch a glimps of myself in the mirror and i do forget all the time that i am smaller but yeah, i can say.....I feel great!!!!!!!! I have even coped with all the compliments this week

Ruthie NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can i be as skinny as you.........That really did my head in when i read that!!!! That is crazy!!!!!!! You are so bloody skinny, i don't look like that.........Oh, just thought, you are loads taller than me, yeah, that makes more sence!!! But hey girly, i am so up for that challenge......Hope you're ready to lose that 6lb by christmas
