Breakfast: 50g porridge with blueberries (201 cals)
Lunch: Veggie lasagne & a yoghurt (332 cals)
Dinner: Veggie Lasagne with salad, light salad cream and courgette relish (358 cals)
Snacks: 3 coffee's, 2 kiwi's, granola bar, ryvita & a banana (415 cals)
Total calories = 1306! Whoops, i have gone 6 over...that's ok to still be a perfect day isn't it?
Exercise: 10 mins cross trainer, 3x12 chest press, 3x15 peck flye, 3x12 tricep extentions, 200 reps on the abs machine, 10 min walk and a 20 min run.
Perfect day 3 done...3 to do
My stomach hurts a bit today but i reckon it's because my period is due rather than any problems due to my surgery. But on the plus side my legs and feet don't hurt, even after going to the gym

take note that i only did a 20 min run........I was a good girl and took it easy, i am going to consider doing 30 mins on friday but i'll see how i feel.
I have gone over my 1300 calories by 6!! But i think that that's ok cos it's only 6 and i did go to the gym

So still gonna class it as a perfect day, if that's ok with you guys
At work today the dentist i work with went to the travel agent down the road at lunch time and when she got back she said that one of the girls in there said 'your nurse looks amazing, she is so inspirational' I have no idea who this person is but aparantly she sees me walking past and has noticed the 'transformation' i have gone thru!!!! It's weird for people i don't know to notice too.
When i got my years gym membership this year i get a free class a week with it and i wasn't sure what class to do. Anyway, Jo, the owner is a patient of ours and she had an appointment today so i said that i wanted to work on my hips, tummy, bum and arms, what did she sugest. She said to do the 'toning class' which is at 6.30 on a wednesday. So from next week ( i thought it was a bit soon this week cos of my surgery) i am going to go to the gym after work at about 5.45, work in there and then go upstairs for 6.30 to do a 1 hr 'toning class' which is aparantly rock hard!!!! I am sooooo excited about doing it. It's weird, i asked Jo if it was all skinny, fit woman that go and she laughed. 'What?' i asked. 'You are one of those slim, fit people now Kate' Oh yeah. I still have that fat, insecure person in here who panics at the thought of walking into the class full of woman!! Will i ever got over that!!!
I am not hungry but i want to eat!!!!!! I want christmas cake!! 3 days, 3 days, i only have to wait 3 days.......If i keep telling myself that then i might manage to stay out of the kitchen but i am home alone!! not good!
Cate I am struggling to keep within my cals this evening. I know i'm not hungry but i want naughties

I think i am going to have to have some christmas cake on sunday, it is calling to me. I'll probably end up having some for bloody breakfast, i'm that desperate lol. Mind you i can then go for my run and burn it straight off!!! I can't decide whether to have some Ben & Jerry's or some pitta and cheese & chive dip (i really miss that) I'll see what the scales say on sunday morning and decide what i have earnt

I am loving being back at the gym, i've really missed it sooooooo much and i am so excited about doing the class next week. Wednesdays are gonna be a hard core workout night!!!!

Mady Thank you sweetie. I really don't struggle resisting stuff at work too much, it's at home where i have the problem...Especially on a wednesday evening when i am home alone!!!!!
