No my ankle will never get better; it won't ever go back to how it was. I had a go on my boyfriend's mum's Wii Fit today, and it does this test on you to show your centre of gravity - basically whether you distribute your weight evenly between both legs or not - and it showed that I put more weight on my right leg - 56% in fact which is pretty awful for my posture if I am always standing with more weight on my right leg! Since that realisation I am going to try to strengthen my left leg (as well as the rest of me, but more focus on that leg) with balancing and yoga exercises.
