A new me by Christmas

YAY!!!
I LOST A POUND :) :D
Such a relief, I hadn't lost since Saturday so I was starting to get annoyed but I upped my intake yesterday by an extra 200 cals and I spose my metabolism got bumped up again? Anyway YAY!!!
That's a 10lb loss in total :) Go me!
Oh and now I am pretty much overdosing on caffeine because I only got to sleep at 4am last night and had to get up at 8 :eek:
Yeah.. I don't function unless I have 8 hours sleep!!
Shiiiiiiiiiit, first exam tomorrow. Eek!
 
By the way I am going to take some pictures of my body later to show because I need some more motivation to lose weight and I'm sure letting hundreds of people seeing me near nekkid will motivate me ahha

Okay, ignore my stupid pyjamas. They're fleecy and comfy and I'm in all day studying so I just had a shower and put my PJs straight back on lol.

This is me at 182 lbs, so just imagine me 10lbs heavier for my starting weight :p

It's not nice. My tummy is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.

Wow, we practically look the same, I'm at 193.1 now... pretty much where you started. And I started at 207. It looks like we have very much the same build... maybe I'll post some pics too... Yeah, I think I will... keep a look out for my journal entry (My journal's called: "Anke says: Just Do It!")

And hey, you're not too far from looking super sexy, congrats on the 1 pound loss!! I lost 1.4 this week, so pleased. I think it's thanks to all the exercise!

Haven't written in here for a bit cos I've been busy with exams - had 2 yesterday and one today. They actually went pretty well, well as well as they could've gone! Oh well, 3 down.... 6 to go!
And now I am booking a limo for my prom on 2nd of July :D
I haven't eaten much today because I have been so nervous about exams but I did have a cereal bar and some cottage cheese on crackers. Gonna wait til dinner to have something else.
Ooh my boyfriend is coming over tonight for 2 nights, so tomorrow we're going to go to a load of charity shops because we want to find him a jacket for prom and the new ones are insanely pricey. Too much £££!
I hope he notices my 10lb weight loss! It's mostly on my stomach and hips because I can actually see the bones a little bit when I stand up straight so yay!
Just going to do another hour of English revision (exam on Wednesday argh!) and then have a shower and get ready for my bf coming round. I might see if he wants to go into town for a couple of drinks.

Back after a busy weekend! Good news, my boyfriend said he can really notice a difference in my body - my waist is smaller and my hips are bonier, lol. My mum also said that when I was wearing some skinny jeans my thighs looked smaller.

I have been pretty good this weekend apart from last night :(

I haven't lost anymore weight but today I am going to be really restrictive. So far I have had 2 cereal bars (83 cals each) and I am cooking a baked potato (about 330 cals maybe?) and going to put cottage cheese on that (about 100 cals).

So I will have about 600 cals left for dinner which I think will be something along the lines of a tuna salad. I don't know just yet.

I did 2 hours of walking/shopping yesterday but a lot of standing around lol.

Okay, as for last night :(

Me, my bf and my parents went out for dinner and I had 2 pints of cider (400 cals) and a beef curry, which I am estimating to be about 900 cals :( I had a cheese platter for dessert which probably had about 500 cals on it! :( The rest of the day I had had 2 digestive biscuits (70 cals each), grapes (40 cals), oatmeal (200 cals) and 2 chicken fillet strips from Burger King for lunch (150 cals).. so yes, NOT a good day.

I am really annoyed at myself but today I will be very restrictive.

Oh and I found a cool website today with ideas on how to cut 100 calories from your diet a day:

Hehe, isn't it great when they notice!!??

Be careful that you don't eat too little, even on the restrictive days... make sure you get enough in, otherwise your weightloss will slow down after a bit.

Yeah it feels good, although I hope he wasn't lying and just saying it to make me feel better.

Today I have not eaten yet because I don't feel very good, but I am making a jacket potato for lunch with probably cottage cheese again and a side salad.

And apparently I've put on 2 lbs since Friday !! :( How!?

If you listen to one thing I say, let it be this...

Hide your scale ALL WEEK... only take it out once a week, early morning and weigh.

That way, you are less likely to freak out about small fluctuations that happen to us all day long for all kinds of reasons...

Do it at the same time, same place, same state of dress/ undress every week. Just a suggestion :) I've known too many friends that become a slave to the scale :(
 
Hmmm.

Can stress make you PUT ON weight? I know you can lose weight from it lol.

Maybe the crap food/drink on Saturday did it.

Oh well I have done well today so yeh.

Hehe, I think in the end it's that old "calories in calories out thing... all that other stuff is just to keep us busy while we're losing weight, hehehehehe.

Rightyho, today I am back to my original weight before the 2lb gain of 182 lbs.

Woop!

Done 5 exams now, got 4 more to go then I am done! :D

I like your weight at 15 best I think. Not too skinny, but not fat at all. Which sounds weird to talk about seeing as you were 15 and it sounds kinda wrong lol, but you know what I mean.
I have never been thin so I don't know what it feels like haha.
Been good today =D
Had a bit of a palarva at lunch, had no idea what to eat so sat around with a rumbling tummy for an hour before settling for couscous which turned out to be horrible....haha.X
 
Well done on the weightloss and the exams so far!

Im so glad your bf noticed a difference and commented - its always such a buzz! I had to get weighed for the doc today and he complimeted me on losing 30lbs since the last time i was there. Turns out that my highest weight was higher than i thought! Dunno how to feel abt that to be honest!!

Wow 21 lbs well done you! I wanna just get this weight off quickly, caught a sight of myself in the mirror today and I honestly did not realise how fat I look in certain clothes....I'm wearing my 2008 leavers' hoody from sixth form and err, not flattering lol.
:rant:I had my English literature exam today, 1 of 2, and it went averagely, the worst I have done so far which is stupid cos I'm meant to be doing a degree in the damn subject!!! Hahaha well last year I also thought I did terribly but came out with an A so maybe this year too? Please? Lol.
Only 3 exams to goooooo and one of them is general studies so it's not reeeally a proper exam! SO REALLY JUST 2 LEFT! And it's the hardest so far - another English lit and my religious studies synoptic. EEK! :rant:
