4. Why do you want to lose weight?
I have always been known as 'the fat one' in my school since I was 11 so I want to start university in September as 'the one with the curly hair' or 'the tall one' or 'the one with cool makeup' rather than a fatty!! I was bullied (spat on, beaten up, got a broekn jaw and was stabbed in the ear) by other teenagers because I am fat so I want to change that too. Also, my health and sex life is deteriorating and I am PETRIFIED that my boyfriend of over 3 years is getting sick of me looking so disgusting all the time. I would also like to wear short dresses and skirts without tights like everyone else.
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or
reunion? If so, when is that event?
Just life in general!!!! But my leavers' prom is soon and also my 18th birthday and my holiday to France so that is an incentive.
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
Temptations like chocolate and wine.
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
I eat too much and don't exercise at all.
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Being more positive because I am soooo pessimistic and that doesn't help my willpower.
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to
help you lose weight?
I have starved and purged what I did eat 2 years ago and that lost me 28 lbs in 2 months but NEVER AGAIN - I gained it all back and more and I lost my period too.
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the
weight back?
Laziness and getting depressed = comfort eating.
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to
lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
Don't know really, have to have a think then get back to this one.
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given
period of time?
Yep, I use to note my food intake.
13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
I cook a lot and make my own breakfast and lunch, mum mainly makes my dinner though but in September I am moving out so I will have to fend for myself. For breakfast I typically have a mushed up banana or muesli or both (if it is a small banana!) or on a special day I might have a slice of toast and avocado. Lunch ranges from a big fruit salad to a normal veggie salad, maybe rice. I try to keep breakfast below 300kcal and lunch below 500kcal.
14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
I hardly ever do. Last time I did was before my diet. OH WAIT on Saturday me and the boyfriend got a McDonald's and I had a happy meal of 4 chicken nuggets and a fruit bag with diet Pepsi go me
15. What are your three favorite foods?
It changes. Lately it's been avocado, cheese on toast and chocolate!! But I don't eat the last 2 since my diet (maybe the odd choccie here and there).

Chinese ones, fish and chips ones and kebab ones LOL.
17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
For my diet? I just use less of the bad ingredients or change them e.g. no sugar in my cereal, if I have a craving for chocolate have a 40 calorie hot chocolate instead, if I want a biscuit then just have half of one.
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want
it, what would be different?
Bigger tits, less arse and smaller thighs with no cellulite!
19. Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Yep but been trying to change that.
20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
I used to. I could eat 5-6 packets of crisps on the trot.

Sometimes.

Not really. I CAN'T eat if I'm nervous or sad lol.

No.

Yes.
25. What do you normally eat for a meal?
For dinner - meat, 3 types of green veg and potatoes. Occasionally pizza or a takeaway but try to stick to the healthier stuff.

Fruit or cereal bars.

Fuck all.

Dancing!! Dancing!!!!! DANCING!!!!!!!!
30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards
your goals?
I dunno, I just feel good after not eating much cos I know I am being good and getting thinner.

No, no rewards til I am thin.
