A NEW LIFE DIARY. . .m24m

uuugh. so tired today! I made a well baby appointment for my daughter that she apparently didn't even need and they were backed up for days!!! My pore baby.

I have maintained my 177 and like I have said before I will get on the sale every now and again and it will say I am down 10 pounds or so (error) I think someone out there is trying to kick my ass in gear cause every time It does that I get this new high. funny. . .

I am going to take a much needed nap while the baby is down and later I am going to make a grocery list. .I hate shopping!! Anyone have any good healthy recipes that you have tried and want to share? I am so sick of finding something for dinner, I really just wish food would go away sometimes!

OMG. .you guys rock!!!! Okay so I know I have bombed the challenge but honestly after getting back from that little weekend away I had to do some reevaluating! Since my husband has left for Iraq I have kinda let things fall apart, I am usually the strong wife and can take care no matter what but his time I dunno I just let everything go. anyway We got home and Monday was excellent I got some cleaning done spent time with kids after school and then I fell into a depression. .no worries I do that every so often and bring my self out of it with in a few days nothing to serious. .but I wasn't on the computer and tried to avoid as much of outside influence as possible, I was out of it by Thursday and from Friday to till now I have been working on getting my family back in order! My house is clean the laundry is sparkling and the kids are happy and healthy and off to school. Bitch drama is over, after I emailed her and called her out on her bullshit I haven't heard back from her. I feel bad for the woman though, she has 5 kids you would think she could find something more valuable to do with her time then to cause trouble for me! ANYHOW. . . Okay so over the weekend I had gained FIVE pounds. .BLEEEGH the food was horrible and I had a bottle of soda with every meal and I ate THREE times a day :O only because I was scared I would be sitting in a class and have those hunger pain's cause I do that when I am just sitting around and not moving. .so yeah three flipping meals a day I was feeling so bloated and constantly full till like Wednesday. . lol. . .and I was SOOO glad to be home to a GOOD cup of coffee!!! Okay I have lost the 5 pounds but that is it, I haven't lost anything else but I haven't crashed either, The foods were rich there and I think even the green beans were drenched in oil or something, anyway all in all is was nice to get away because It made me realize a few things about my kids and myself and what I need to do again, somewhere along these last three months I have lost that. I have a few things I need to do before my baby girl wakes but I will see you all a little later. MWWWWWWWWAHHH

How are ya doing?? glad your keeping strong.. stop bullshitting and you should not be getting hunger pains.. drink water and water and more water.. that shit (water) makes you full as hell!!!! I swear.. :) Well I'm glad to see your back on track.. 178 is awesome but we must be 149 by June... let's do it!!!!!:party: :party: awwww I'm so glad your doing better and everything is in order to a certain extent.... keep in touch.. I belong to like a million diaries so I have to dig and scramble to find you.. but I love writing you..

You know what I cook awesome and so yummy it's tilapia fish or chicken breast with asparagus and onions baked with only lemon salt pIepper and asparagus... It gets so juicy and yummy and no oil.. I love it cuz it's so low in calories and fat... I also add mussels and shrimp to the fish or more veggies to the chicken.. try it.. and like a little bit of cumin or coriander you know.. just mix and match a few seasonings............ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
