First of all, what the hell is up with the "T" on my keyboard...WTF?! I have to press it in the corner or press it really hard for it to work...I guess I'll have to open it up...so if this is my last post for a good while, you'll know why
Doing good on the diet this time around. Went off the salt cold turkey, but seasoned the food really well so I don't miss it. Didn't eat my first meal until 5pm today and I felt like I was going to faint or something, but I did not feel tempted by fast food or anything...I just waited until i got home and pretty much stuck to plan

YAYYYYY I also managed to get in a bit of cardio and strength training without bumping into my son who kept walking in circles around me LOL I'm really looking forward to weigh in on Saturday

I really want to lose 100lbs this year and I find it so motivating that so many people have done it in 7-8 months. Stopping by Alyssa's diary today rocked...she lost 100 lbs!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO

So I'm totally stoked and determined to lose it this year.
One thing...well two things I wanted to mention
1> I find that being on a structured diet works for me somehow...I feel more healthy and like things are in control. I normally spend so much time trying to decide what to eat because "I don't have time" to cook and usually find fast food a bit disgusting...but I get it due to convenience. Now I've found some quick ways to prepare good meals and I am happy to be hopefully saving the $$ I give Zaxby's, Chick-fil-A, Hardee's and whoever else LOL
2>Drinking tea really helps me with comfort food cravings

And it's totally guilt free. I have stevia, but I usually drink my teas unsweetened...just water and the tea...the only exception would be black tea and black tea chai which I like sweetened with milk. I have some green tea chai and really I never knew such an animal existed before purchasing it lolol.
