Well here is my first diary entry, lets hope that I can keep up with it. It is only Day 6 and my motivation is not that great. I know that results are not instant especially when you cheat on your diet. Good news though, my gym is finally open again after being remodeled. I will go check that out later today. I will tell you about the gym when I get back. Hey, does it really help to eat 6 small meals rather then 3 bigger meals?
