I would like swimming but we don't have the facilities here. Any way the work out last night didn't seem to bother my foot so I believe I am back on track. Still no pain this afternoon. I really like working out to my tapes and the step.
 
B - Whole grain english muffing w/peanut butter
S - almonds
L - Lettuce salad with onions, cucumbers, peppers hard boiled egg and a little dressing.
S - none
D - Not too sure yet.

Hopefully, tonight my new exercise tapes will be in. If not, I will do 45 min step aerobics, abs, upper body and maybe some on the treadmill if I have time. Not much for great exercise this weekend besides walking around.
 
Well, dinner ended up being Burger King. :mad: Only had one son last night and that's what he wanted and I didn't feel like cooking for only us two. Had a kids meal. Could have been worse. Work out was on track though. 45 min step, upper body, lower body and abs. Got a couple of new exercise videos that I think are going to absolutely kill me. I reviewed them last night. They look like fun but a lot of cardio, a full 60 to 90 minutes. I am going to give them a shot though. Just doing cardio tonight.

D - pasta with veggies. I absolutely love pasta. I have been using whole grain pasta. Not as good as regular but I am getting use to it.
 
Don't worry about Burger King. It happens. I always get salad's when I go out to eat, so maybe try that next time. I love pasta too. You could make a chicken dinner and have pasta on the side.
 
Well, changed things up a bit yesterday. Instead of a salad for lunch I had tuna salad and last night for dinner I had chicken breast, wild rice and grean beans. I also got a good work out in. I received my slim in 6 videos and did the first one. That wasn't enough of an exercise for me as far as cardio so I then did basic step for 30 min. It felt real good and I can feel a little of the workout yet this morning. I feel like I accomplished something. I will continue to do the slim in 6 start up video but it is really boring so I will add on. I am working real hard this week for work outs as I won't be able to get in any in this weekend. I have to drive home to my parents to get a birthday gift for my son, so I will leave Friday night and return Sunday afternoon. Maybe I can get a walk in there somewhere. I could walk from my sisters to my dad ( 1 1/2 miles or to moms 2 1/2 miles) We will see.
 
Well, it has been about a week since I have been here but has been real busy with work, kids school, football, etc. Anyway, I am trying to work out a schedule that will fit into my busy day. This week I have started working out at 5 a.m for about 30 to 45 min. (YUCK!):mad: I have been using the SN6, but that is sooooooo boring that I think I am going to switch it to a cardio type workout. As soon as I get home from work I have also been doing about 30 to 60 min with cardio and weights. Then straight to helping with homework and cooking dinner. My youngest son need a lot of help with reading. He has a comprehension problem but is doing much better. Anyway, that usually takes until 9 p.m. This way, if I miss my nighttime workout (which I prefer) at least I know that I am getting in some type of a workout in the day. (I was unable to do the evening workout Mon and Tues because my hubby was home Mon and School meeting on Tues. We will see how this works for me. It seems that I am working out a lot but not losing any weight. But, then again, I don't have a scale so I really don't know. My eating is pretty good. Sticking to tuna, salads, chicken and rice/veggies. We will see what next week brings and if I can go down another notch on my beltloop.
