A New Beginning

things are going ok but I have a limited amount of time at the moment to post here as I need to spend more time on my own forum.

my dynanometer arrived in the mail on Friday and after testing I am rather happy with my initial result of having a 75 kg grip for each hand. It is over double the average for a woman my age but it still need a fair bit of work to get it up to where I would be truly happy.

just checking in, have been flat out, training is going ok.

I hate the new forum layout, when you only have access to a slow connection the forum now takes forever to load and it disables my browsers spell checker arrrgh.

Hi there, good hear that you are going flat out. That must be very rewarding, :)

I'm with you on the new format. To me, the new lay out is very chaotic, can't get used to it. But that's just me.

Hey you are doing soooooo great Trusylver!! I must catch up on your first diary!!:)

I agree completely with you:) I HATE the new format. The older one was much better and easier to use!

Keep doing what your doing!! You are doing fabulous!!

Still fairly busy, football season is coming to a close for the year but I still have to go to a regional presentation dinner because my son and I have been nominated for awards.

Have also been working on my new website, I can't post it here because it breaks forum rules as far as posting links to commercial sites, but I have just finished writing some free fitness/ weight loss tool scripts for the site but have a few more yet that need to be written, spent all morning fighting with code only to find I made a simple error in the way I applied a Log function arrrg. I need more time to spend on training but the web stuff helps to pay the bills lol.

going to do a 5 k run this afternoon when it cools down outside, despite being very early spring it is getting to hot to do much in the middle of the day.
