A New Beginning

I have had it with being fat. All my clothes are ripping in the seems, immobility is setting in. Fat molicules have constricted my drive, desires, mood, ambitions, physical capibility in and out of the bedroom. Anxiety, High blood pressure, constently sweating, constently hungery, always tired and lathargic. Exhaling when I need to tie my shoes, Not to mention all the social inequality day in and out surrounding dating to the point of going unnoticed by attractive members of the opposite sex.
I am not blaming anyone for my incompetence or lack of ability in spelling or grammer. I was the one conciously shoveling empty calories in my mouth day and night. I'm ready for a change for better.

Current Stats
Hight 6 foot
328 lbs.

Can't sleep. Perhaps tomarrow I will push myself harder while working out so tomarrrow night I'll sleep like a baby.

Thats naked on the scale.
That would put my BMR at: 2,821.44
How many calories should I cut for weight loss?
 
I generally eat the same things every day at work.
Lunch totals 600 calories

1 - high fiber bun - 100
2 - Bocca Veg burger patties - 200
1 - V8 Low Sodium - 70
1 - Fiber 1 - 140
1 - Chocolate drizzled rice cakes - 90



I also drink about a gallon or two of water a day.

Got up and ate in the middle of the night last night. Then went back to bed. I feel horrible about it. Still maintaining a steady weight loss though.
 
Im in a good mood. going out after work to buy a fabric tape measure to start taking measurments of my bursting gut... track it as it decents.

Does anyone else notice a substantial weight loss when they cut out diet pop? I wonder if I am dropping weight too quick?
 
Alright. Gym has been going great. Havn't missed a day yet. I also have 5 personal trainer appointments as an intro to the gym... for free.... So I have been utilizing that also.
I have been eating between 1400 and 1800 calories a day. My weight hasn't moved in a few days, but I'm assuming that its due to muscle building.
My self esteem has greatly improved.
I am down to one beer a day before bed... to kick that is going to be real hard.
My insominia has taken care of itself. All the workin out and the extra stuff im doing like mowing lawn... ect.... makes me crash hard at the end of the night...
It feels good...

Cardio is getting hard to do every day. legs and butt been hurtin. ARC Trainer been doing a number on me. I have started to like it but only when I'm not all sore.

just wanted to say congrats on the weightloss so far and in such a short time too! we should switch bodies since mine seems to have decided to stall on me lol! i'm a fellow 300club member so my first goal is to get out of it, wishing you all the best on your journey :seeya:

No I unfortunatly have never been. But it is one of my lifelong dreams.
 
Good day at the gym.
I have been talking to my parents about myself finally joing a gym. My Mother has always been sort of health oriented. My Father has always been "if it tastes bad its probably good for you" kind of person. He's turning 50 next year and has begun to have some health problems. High blood pressure, borderline diabedic...
Anyways.. I got them both to join the gym this past week. Today they met me up there and I showed them some of the equipment.
