No mid-morning snack!
Lunch:3rd of panera sierra turkey sandwich,

Midafternoon Snack:stale popcorn

Dinner:3rd of sandwich
317 calories
Dessert: cupcake, 200 calories?
Journaling: So yesterday, I can't say I didn't go a little more nutty than intended. I was as good as I thought I could possibly. Its hard to reject food thats specially brought in for your birthday. So it was a fun day, and I'm back on track this morning so I am not going to dwell on it or feel guilty.

Plus you all told me here, I shouldn't.

I am feeling still really good about my weight loss and my future intentions of losing weight!

My sister just emailed me, who is also on this journey has emailed me and wanted to see if I wanted to try a week long challenge with her, doing 1200 calories and two work outs a day, just to see how much we could lose doing double the exercise sort of.

So I am gonna give it a shot! She's struggling to lose her post-pregnancy weight, and really could use to see a big drop!

So this will be fun. Plus I get to go up and see all my family in March, and would love to surprise them with a slimmer version of me!!
Downside of today:failed to make it to the gym at all today.

FH wanted to have a trip out to Best Buy after work, and we wound upi there much longer then intended. SO tired today! Definitely will be up and at the gym early tomorrow.
