Saturday, January 14th, 2006 Cheat day..
Water:24oz
Breakfast: cocoa puffs 240 calories (hey my nephew had to share!

)
Exercise: 20 minute walk
Lunch: chicken teriyaki sub & 20 oz pepsi
Dinner: five chicken pot stickers from Cheesecake Factory & sour apple margarita
Dessert: slice of cheesecake..yum! My real splurge!
Well, I only snuck in a walk so far with my sister, and will be walking around an outdoor mall later today too. Hoping to drag FH out for a walk tonight too. I am a little fried on the gym right now, so I feel like doing a bit more outside of the gym for my cardio!
So my splurge day.. boy do I feel.. guilty.. but its one day, and my family is here, so I really wanted to enjoy the last day of their trip, they drive out tomorrow. Alas. yes I am def. back on the wagon!!!

I could only fit an appetizer in at dinner (potstickers) so I was proud of that, but the margarita wasn't so hot for me. Alas! It was a treat day
