So, here I am, turning a new life, a new beginning, today is the first day of the rest of my life.. or so I say! 
As many of you may of seen in my newbie post, my weight loss goals I'll post them here again. My main struggle is my eating habits, so I'm trying, no I will dedicate myself to a food journal. I will hit the gym at least four times a week. Exercising a total of 6 days a week.
I don't consider today the best start to my goal, but well I have the rest of the day to improve, and I won't let my breakfst throw me off. I had a venti peppermint mocha coffee from Starbucks and a cinnamon scone. I've gotten down almost a whole 20oz bottle of water so far. Yay me! I've gotten to be horrible about drinking water recently, so I'm trying to really keep on this!

June 10th is my wedding, and I'd at least like to be down 15lbs. Upward and onward.. more dribble to post later! And pics too!
