I love it.
Yesterday, squat for cardio. But today is a new day, I need to focus on that. Even though I'm feeling pretty frustrated. Its not unreasonable to lose 10lbs in two months, right?! If I can stay on track. Gosh.. if I had just done it all this time I could already be in the 140's or 130's like Kate and Skyler... AGHH! Ok.. I CAN do this. I have to do this.
Tuesday, the pedometer is ON!! YES, BACK ON!
Breakfast: bagel with light cream cheese. No coffee, No Starbucks. diet coke
300 calories
Lunch:salad w/ grilled chicken and a bit of honey mustard dressing
350 calories
Goals for today: I will stay at 1200 calories. I will NOT eat dessert. I WILL get to 10,000 steps. I WILL go running. I WILL go to the gym.
Better thoughts for today: My new job sounds like it is going to ROCK!! I pick up my employee packet tomorrow and they really want me to be involved int heir marketing and are hoping I start brainstorming.. Which I've already done!! Gosh this will be the first job in a long time that I am actually doing what they say I'll be doing!! I can't wait!!
