You are not in trouble! I saw that statement from you "today is your day to regain motivation". Say it over 10 times, write it down. You are right. Today is your day. And you will be fine :). (but i will come kick your butt if i thnk you need it!!)

Phew!! :rolleyes: Glad I'm not in trouble.. I was nervous to come look in here again. HEHE :) Ok.. yes it is my day to regain some motivation. I just feel emotionally still in a funk today. I really want to shake this!!

think of what htey call 'forward thinking'. if you think something bad will happen, then it never does and you wasted your time worrying about it...right??

Hahaha. yeah but my original mentality has usually been "If I worry that something bad will happen, and then it never does, boy I'll be really happy then." Lol!! Of course its wasted time, but its not how my ridiculous mind processes things. but I do agree with you. And today is really a better day.less fretting about it. I've gone TWO nights with no incident. so I'm sure I am fine! :)

But somedayts.. its just exhausting and I feel like I want to throw my hands up and say screw it, I don't care. I don't want to think about how much, how little, good or bad, whenever I have to eat something. I'd love to not like food. I'd love to merely eat because I have to sustain energy..
I'm so there with you!!! Yesterday I was thinking the same thing on the way home. But guess what, today is a new day and today we can do it!!!

Let's find this motivation! It is inside us all the time, sometimes it is just buried under bunch of junk, negative thoughs and feelings. Let's get back to the idea that initially made us start on this journey...

Hey Dana! I had to go back 2 pages just to read today's posts! :eek: I swear, your journal moves fast! I agree with skyler making you write that down. Maybe that will make you keep thinking about it all day. Come on! You know you can do this! Don't let the stress going on with the job and the wedding come in between you and your journey to looking great! :D

Now, Dana, I saw your post of promise about Starbucks - and I am holding you to it, too!!! :D LOL Only 'cause we love ya do we git ya!!!! :D Great job on those lines! Something else you may want to think about is WRITING (no comp. is NOT s'posed to help! LOL) down all the reasons you want to reach your goal - and keep that where you can SEE it. (I have mine on the fridge door! LOL)

Morning guys! Thanks for all the supportive comments. :) Boy I am exhausted this morning. I couldn't get up for the gym. :( Sid was up at 3am with his stuffy head, coughing and blowing his nose. So both of us were up for over an hour trying to go back to sleep. Poor guy! So the gym will wait until tonight. Last night I missed it, thanks to a nasty thunderstorm that came through and all the stuff I had to get done at the house first. ack.. before I knew it, it was too late! I did get lots of running up and down my stairs in though!

Water: 64 oz
Breakfast: bagel w/ light cream cheese (yay!) 300 calories
Snack:Special K Bar 90 calories
Lunch:turkey & cheese sandwich 240 calories
Snack:Special K Bar 90 calories
Subtotal: 720 calories
