Thank you, atually I'm only 5'4". I see problem areas all the time. I hate what I see in the mirror, even though it is getting better. I guess I hit a plateu, I haven't lost a single lb since hitting 142. But, considering it could be worse, I'm not complaining. I do want to see the 130's before Sept ends. He says he likes my body, and that I'm doing a great job, but considering the events that happend recently, I don't believe crap that comes out of his mouth anymore. :argue:

I'm thinking that 115 is a little extreem,as I don't want to be rail thin and lose all my curves. But Ill just keep losing until I'm happy with what I see in the mirror. Regardless of the number I see on the scale. He says 125 would be perfect for me. We'll see!

My FitDay

I'm sore! I have been working out quite a bit, but just yesterday I got a 5 lb squishy weight ball which looks to be about the same size as the BenderBall that I saw repeatedly on an informercial while at the hotel. I wanted it so bad, but I decided to wait and just really think about it. Well, while at wally yesterday I saw that little weighted ball and fell in love with that instead. And omg!!! I love doing crunches on it, upper and lower. I'm also working my butt with it, and my arms... hehe!!!! My abs are killing me! yay! whoop whoop! lol
Anywho, I've also been logging my calorie intake as well as my activity intake on FitDay. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the link to my personal thingy on here... hmmm??? Anywho, I was still at the same weight this morning, but I know I'm doing good and its an on going battle.

2 lbs down!!!

OMG!! I'm so excited! I didn't get a chance to get on here yesterday. I finally broke through my plateu and was at 141.4, yay! Well, this am, I swore that I was heavier because of dinner yesterday, I'm soooo happy to report that I'm down to 140.2 lbs. I started screaming and just about started crying. I did work out quite a bit yesterday, and drank water up the wazoo!!! But wow, I never thought it would go down another lb.

Anywho, today is my fiances 36th bday, so we'll see what we end up doing. Things are still a bit shaky, but getting better. It's a work in progress, and I'm still bitter, but dealing. Hope everyone has a great day.
 
Plateau - Plateau!!!

Great job! How long were you on the plateau and what do you think made the scale move? I need ideas :rolleyes:.

Thanks!!! :D Well, I wasn't on the plateau very long, as compared to when I had gotten stuck at 151.4 for like 5 wks or so. That was frustrating. I was on the 142 for about 2 wks I think. But I did drop 5 lbs in like 4 days thanks to the "um" problem. So that's what got me off the 147.

I usually, just add to my caloric intake for a day or two. Not by much, but instead of having just healthy food all day, I'll have my whole wheat baggle with cream cheese and a Pepsi, and barely work out that day. I know it sounds psycho, but that's how I usually get off 'em. I get frustrated looking at the same number each morning, and then I end up eating something diff and the next day I'm a lb lower, and sometimes it continues for about 2 - 3 days of numbers just going down. Then I do the healthy eating blah blah, and excersize like a feen thing. lol And get stuck at that new weight for a bit.

Youre doing great though, you're 10 lbs away from your goal!!! Woo hoo!!! Ahhh... can't wait! ;)

You are absolutely gorgeous and we love us some pics on here so keep 'em coming! Some men are real idiots and really dont know a good thing til it leaves them. I swear, my man is getting on my last fuckin nerve! We have a blow out fight about 2 to 3 times per week, so last night was one. I get so angry and heated. I dont know how much more of this I can take, but then we both laugh and get over it, til the next blow out a few days later. Such a silly cycle :rolleyes:. Once the baby's older, I will probably put a permanent stop to this stupidity. Anyway, sorry to vent in your diary but I'm careful in my own just in case he ever read in there. TTYL homie!

Sounds like I was reading an entry out of my own life. lol We have blow outs several times a week as well since the incident. It always - always happens on his days off. Maybe it's cause I see him soooo much. lol

Working out to Hills Have Eyes 2 ...

Ok, so nothings changed weight wise. Same weight this morning, and I'm not stressing. I always hit plateaus for a few weeks, then it's back on track. I've upped my protein intake again, and am drinking water up the wazoo. Last night, I popped Hills Have Eyes 2 in the dvd and started working out. Not bad, I've seen the movie several times, so I didn't have to constantly look at the screen to know what was happening. I started by jogging in place for the first 20 minutes, then moved onto kicks and punches (thanks to Billy Blanks) and eventually moved on to the ground to work with my little benderball, I was tired by the time the movie was done. But quite pleased with myself.

I told my fiance a lil bit ago, I want to go hiking. I think it'd be a great workout for all of us. Besides it's a beautiful day. I hope I can get him motivated to go.
 
Love bike rides!

I love going for bike rides, even though I'm terrified of falling and crossing intersections, :p I had fun yesterday, James (my fiance) got me a bike trailer soI could take the kids. I've wanted one for a while, so yay! Jaden's still too little to ride in it normally, but it worked with the car seat wonderfully. And I had bought a seat last year for James, so for now, we're good.

I'm getting those yoga booty ballets soon, can't wait!

Either way, hope I don't get in trouble for posting my fitday link, but I saw someone else do it in their diary...

Soooo tired!

I'm so tired, my 3 year old has kept me up all night, I don't know what the heck is up with him not sleeping at night and Jaden (14 wks) not sleeping during the day. 3 days of no sleep is driving me a little nutty, and leaving me with little energy to work out as hard as I like to.

Have been working out though. Did an hour of cardio last night, with 15 of those jumping rope, 5 of those where very fast paced. I've been running in overdrive with the kids, making up games to just run around and blah. Thinking if I make my kid tired enough he'll sleep at night and I'll get my light cardio in. I pick them up a lot, alternating between 15 lbs and 50 lbs is great. Don't have the yoga booty dvds yet, but I'm getting anxious.

Hey girl, you need to take it easy on yourself! I wouldn't worry about the exercise while the little ones have you up 24 hours a day. The weight will come off and you have a lifetime to exercise. You're really not making excuses, these are just the realities of life :). Enjoy the bike with the babies, that sounds really nice.

Ah... it's 10:46 pm and both kids are in bed. Let's hope it stays that way, we all had a rough last couple of nights, with last night being the worst. Got a new chain for my bike today, so I can go back to riding my bike without so much worry of not reaching the ground with the other one.

Urgh... never mind, Jaden's awake again. He slept a full 5 minutes. Wow! That must be a record for him. I'm seriously going bonkers...:jump:

Anywho, did an hour of cardio in the morning and again this evening. Also worked my arms, abs, butt, thighs and back twice today, right after cardio both times for another hour. That's four hours of excersize, I shouldn't be complaining, but I just wish I could get more of what I want done.

BTW... Does anyone know what's good to minimize hips?! I've got really big hips, holly crap, I never noticed that before until now that my waist is shrinking but now I've got these monsterous hips! :eek:

Alright, getting hard to type with Jaden in my arms. Better go!
 
Yoga Booty Ballet!!!

:D Wow!!! I'm in love, seriously! I finally got the kit yesterday afternoon and I'm in love. As soon as I got everything done with the boys, food, baths and stories, I got to it. WOW!!! :D

I'm a dumb@$$ by the way, I should start with the first dvd which shows you the name of the moves and such, but nooooo I start with dvd 5, which is Hip Hop Abs, I thought I was going to die, but it was soooo much fun! The boys, fiance included where watching me, I was so uncomfortable at first, but soon after got the hang of it and learned the moves. I took a 5 minute break while putting in dvd 4 which is Cardio Cabaret. I don't know where I got all my energy from, but I was just so excited to get working with YBB that I I just wanted to get it done.

This morning I woke up, and I swore I was going to die. Everytime I got up last night with one of the boys, I was sore. But I'm now reporting that I just finished doing the Total Body Toning dvd 2 and later plan on doing the Advance Fat Loss dvd 3. Woo hoo!!! :jump::jump::D:D:D
 
Day 3 YBB

Today, well yesterday Sept 20th was day 3 of YBB, I'm loving it. :D Seriously, I have never felt so sore and like I've worked every muscle in my body from any other dvd. This is kicking my butt! Woo hoo!!! I'm like a walking billboard for them now. lol

Anywho, either way, I think my scale is broken, I just stepped on the scale 1:47 am, can't fall asleep, and it read 138.8 lbs, I've eaten and drank water all day long. I'm dressed in sweats, what the heck is going on!? I stepped on it 5 times and it read the same each time. Oh God I hope it's right!!! I'll have to wait ti'll tomorrow morning, but I can't wait, I'm so nervous. I'm not changing my ticker just yet though, just in case. I put on a pair of size 5's and I was able to close them, I had a severe case of "muffin top", but I got them up and closed, so tomorrow I'm taking a pic and use that for motivation, I might get the nerve up and post them here. I tried on a pair of size 3's, didn't close but got them up. Can this be right? :D:D:D I better go and try to get some sleep,

What happend today?

This morning, when I got out of bed with Jaden (15wk old), James (fiance) was already up and had taken over the front room. Hmmm... Jaden did wake up in one of those moods and has been at it all day long. JJ (3 1/2 year old) got up about 30 minutes after I did.

I didn't get to do my YBB this morning, I'm irritated about that, we had several things to do, and errands to run so I knew I wouldn't be able to get 2 workouts with it today. Either way, I did go through a lot of stuff in our storage room and in our garage for our yard sale, it's coming up.

Either way, I moved lifted and cleaned for a good 3 hours, danced with the boys for about 1 hour, besides having Jaden in the front pack carrier for most of the day so he wouldn't cry and I could get things accomplished. In all that I haven't had a chance to sit down ti'll now, JJ missed his nap today too, fought me and won... :boxing:

Ok, so that being said I didn't actually get my workouts done today, and my bodys craving it, so I'll get one in soon, I have to I'm addicted to working out.

OH, and as for the scale...
UUURRRGGGHHH!!!! It screwed me over, I was still at 140 this morning. :(:mad::mad::mad::mad: I need to break through this plateau and soon, I'm tired of the 140's! And I only have 16 1/2 - 17 wks left for my goal, and I want to get as close as I can to it, if not at it!
 
4 months old!

Ok, so I've been gone a few days, and today my baby turned 4 months old, and I'm still at 140! AGH!

So... I've been working out daily, twice sometimes thrice (did I say that right?) anywho, I'm doing an at home bootcamp once daily, usually after my YBB, then I'm also doing my strength training and I've been riding my bike hauling the boys, going for 4 - 5 miles between 10 to 15 mph. This also includes an hour of running around and after my 3 year old at the park. I'M EXHAUSTED!!!

Yesterday morning I woke up and said enough, no more weighing myself daily, I do it about 20 to 40 times a day, it's like my OCD. But it just got to me, I weight myself, nakie, hadn't eaten anything and had gone potty, so... I weighed in at 139.0 freaked out, then stepped on the scale again and it was at 141.4, then I was pissed got on again and it went up to 143.6 then back down to 140.2 WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??!?!!? All this weight changed in a minute? :mad:

So at that moment, I decided to forget the scale, I'll weigh in weekly, if that! And I'm switching up my diet again, I'll eat whatever ,from now on, just portion sizes and I'm upping my caloric intake as well. I'm not eating past 7 or 8, haven't quite made my mind on that one yet because I work out on last time at 10:00 pm every night after the boys are down. James said that maybe the reason the scale hasn't budged is cause I'm gaining muscle, because he can see the clothes literally falling off me, and my waist and hips, butt, etc are smaller... but, it's just so damn frustrating.

Either way, I'll be back on here later. Jaden's crying and JJ is messing with the cat's food. Oh, kids!:confused:
