sigh... definately breaking that cycle of 205... who knew it was that one thing i swear i'd never do that got me out of it... calorie counting... since i've started i have not had that "jump" back to 210 like i kep experiencing the first couple of months. I even made it through the holidays and 2 weeks of not working out without gaining a pound... now that i finally get to combine my nutrition with my workout it's sure to pick up... this afternoon i weighed in at 202.8... it's not much but it's everything and its finally a start... i have 3 pounds to go before im officially out of the 200's which is starting to seem possible... i sooo can't wait... it will be a cause for celebration i tell you!
), I think you're about to GET IT DOWN and be totally successful!
