A Little Lost... Cassy's Story

I'll admit it, I'm s pretty impatient person... i can make myself seem patient but on the inside im freaking out. When I ask for something to be done I want it done like yesterday... You know whats worse then being an impatient person? being and impatient person living with a procrastinator...

seriously i need a drivers license... then i could just do everything myself and it would be much easier... but I need someone to teach me to drive and guess what... he hasnt gotten around to that either...
ahhh *sigh* That feels better... I'm done ranting now...:waving:
Completely has nothing to do ith weight loss but it's my diary and i can write what i want to :p

Sorry to hear you husband is slacking on his "honey do list." I once read men only usually think about one thing at a time, while women can have multiple thoughts going on at a time. I feel for you. I procrastinate too, so I need a husband who is on top of things! Otherwise we'll be in trouble!

Do they have driving school there? I don't know how you do it without driving. Especially with kids! You also have snow there! I've never driven in snow, now that must be interesting.

You need to find out the man tricks. I know there must be a way to get him on track. lol

yeah I could do driving school if i want to pay like 600 which i definately dont have... as of right now I only have to walk my daughter to school every day which isnt too bad its only a 5 minute walk down the street and through a field. I definately need to get my license though... i'v had my beginners for 5 years... actually it just expired lol i cant even buy alcohol now! not that i do anyway because i cant get there lol
i definately need man trick because not saying anything definately doesnt work, mentioning it once in a while doesnt work and bitching about it doesnt work... I figured those were my only options lol

Not true. Men usually think about one thing all the time. If we need to think about something else we don't stop thinking about that one thing. :D

A little trick for pushing the stroller in slush. Walk backwards. It's easier to drag it through that resistance then to push it into it. Walking backwards also works your legs differently. :smash:

lol that would work but it's a prett long distance to walk backwards in

Word, hang in there!

I'm thanking my lucky stars I live with someone who is EXACTLY THE SAME AS ME when it comes to getting things done :) Never experienced that before! Barre is 56, but he and I are like best buddies :grouphug:

Have great workouts and stay good on your nutrition, enjoy that Wii Fitt!

Hey lady! :D

Happy you're on my team, and just popping in! I hear you on the cold weather front, we had a week that was -20 here, whew. The weather will get warmer though, yayyyyyy. Keep up the work!

Thanks Guys! I'm definately staying good with my calories and working out... I did take most of yesterday off because I could tell my body needed a rest even though it was the last day before my weekend off i just didn't want to push it... instead i took a much needed nap...
Monday though i'll definately be doing a full day :) and hopefully i'll be down a little bit by monday afternoon to add to the team chart. I guess even with one pound a week within a year thats 52 pounds which isnt too bad...
I'm contimplating lowering my calorie intake by a couple hundred a day...
I just feel like i should be making a little more progress.. ive been stuck at the exact same weight down to the once since tuesday... i'll see what next week brings and if theres still no change i might lower my intake to 1800 Cals.

Hang in there, you'll start dropping. I find that when things are slow I have to change what I am eating. Easier said than done, I know.

Keep up the good work!! You'll pick up the weight loss.

Thanks MJB, I have been eating some not so great stuff the last few days... still within my calories but its heavier food like pizza. hopefully next week will bring some good news..
On a brighter note I brought back my brand new size 16 pants that had a seem failure and exchanged them for size 14. I wasnt sure when i went in if a 14 would fit since i remember having a hard time squeezing into an 18 not so long ago but the 16s were really lose and i hate pants that fall down even the slightest bit when i walk. But to my surprise they did fit and today I am wearing a pair of pants that have a 14 on them... which i havent done in a long time... now I just have to wait until the size 10s hiding in a box in the basement alog with all my other brand new clothes that never fit again once i got pregnant 5 years ago fit.... though i'm not sure if i would still wear some of them... i did just turn 17 at that point so i'm sure my style has matured a little since then lol

Way to go getting out the 16s!!

I have a bunch of clothes too in the garage, all separated by size so that when I start slimming down more, I can just grab the next size down. Geez, shows I am a professional at yo yo dieting.

LOL, I remember thinking some of the pants I had were going out of style too, but then high waisted jeans are back in now. Go figure!!

Now some of the shirts.... I might have to get rid of. Who wears halter tops anymore???

what do you mean? i wear halter tops all the time, just bought one like a week ago lol.... wait what do you consider a halter top? a lot people seem to call a lot of shirts halter tops

Halter is defined by a strap going around the back of the neck to hold the shirt up, is it not?

it is but some people call other kinds of shirt halters... ive heard beple callling i guess what would be belly shirts halter tops

LOL!!

Ooops, I meant to say half tops. Not halter tops. I actually have some old half tops I need to toss. Not sure I want my belly hanging out from my boobs down to my waist. Plus the designs on them are out of style.

I actually love some of the new halter top designs that came out the last year.

Half tops disgust me, I find them incredibly out of fashion.

lol yeah I'm not a fan of half tops either.... but i do love halter tops! lol all i practically wear are halters and camis (or spaghetti strap shirt... all the same to me :p) aside from my occasionally worn tees, sweatshirts and button up shirts. If im absolutely freezing ill throw on a hoodie... I dont much like anything with sleeves or a callar, i dont like socks either... i tend to feel to resricted... lol its -11 outside -18 with windchill and im wearing pj shorts and a cami.
