Hey all- im new to this site. Just seeing what you guys think.
I'm a 17 year old guy...and from this past January to this past March i went from 215 pounds to 183 pounds. I am 6'0". I have never felt so great about myself, but now that I've lost all the fat, I'm looking for other ways to improve.
The biggest one: toning up my stomach and chest.
I have an athletic build, and I am 6'0", but now I am just trying to tone what used to be flab into muscle/abs.
Starting on Monday, July 7, I am going to start the following routine, in the following order. Again, I am looking to tone up my chest, arms, core, and abs.
1. Abs
2. 30 Minutes Cardio- Elliptical
3. Abs
4. Weight Train (Bench Press, Dips, Curls, Lat Pull Down, Shrugs)
5. Abs
What do you guys think? I am planning on going on creatine to increase muscle mass and tone, but also doing cardio daily to burn stomach fat and help the abs show off more.
I burn about 400 calories on the elliptical, and am planning on eating somewhere around 600 calories daily.
Any suggestions are appriciated; feel free to private message me or post on here. I am looking to stun my classmates when I go back to school in the fall, and hoping that a healthy diet, steady weight training and a good routine will get me there.
Thanks alot guys.
Best wishes,
-Clay
