A journey to a new me - Courtney's diary

Welcome back, Courtney! Maintaining for the best part of a decade is amazing, congratulations. Your goals sound good to me and I look forward to following along with your diary.
 
Wow its been 9 years since my last post - needless to say; life went on but I never forgot about this site and how it helped me connect with a community that I was unable to find anywhere else. I've somewhat maintained my weight over the last 9 years; i've learned to not be so hard on myself & develop a healthy relationship with food. My goals for 2021 have shifted and are different than the goals ive set for myself years prior; focusing more on improving mental health, diet & just finding that connect to my inner self. Im realizing more and more that things take time and I just need to be patient with myself and to stop stressing about the little things.

Its been about approx 10 years since ive stuck to a workout routine - but am going to get back into it in the new year - im using this week as a prep week for the goals i set out for myself for Jan starting with the 30 day squat challenge.

Its a slow process but I have to keep going <3
