A idiotic question

well for one, there are skinny people. they wanna get big, so they bulk. basically consuming more calories because they are trying to gain weight , not lose weight. Bulking up would probably be the hardest cycle, because your goal is mainly building lean muscle mass. You would normally not worry about your body fat % because your basically trying to gain weight.

Tons of food, as in healthy food, not junk food. CLEAN food, so later on when your trying to cut, it would be easy. Tell your mom, you are what you eat. if you eat a bunch of cheesburgers , tacos, and you think thats what eating TON of food is, then your probably not well aware of how a hardcore trainer thinks. Arnold probably took supplements like whey or w/e to help gain his muscle mass, and he probably began with probably low bf %. When your bulking up. your basically building muscle and will also gain some fat % but the thing is, you want to build a foundation, eating the right food.

You wont look like a 300 lb yokosuna because your eating a ton of food that are good for you. like tuna, salads, egg whites, etc. These will eventually lead to muscle growth.
