Hey there,

Sounds like you're doing well on the WL. Sorry to hear about the hurricane lamp. Playing xbox is clearly dangerous for your health! Hahaha... Just kidding. I <3 mine and I think the only danger I'm in is having a larger bum to sit on.

I was thinking I'd pick up DDR and see if I can work some buns off while playing a game. Seems right up my alley. :D

Hello everyone...... Yea they gave the wage I wanted it was really a surprise. Now I'm going through insurance papers. They give me the option of three insurance companies but I think Ill stick with blue cross blue shield since I have had them before and never had any problems. For medical, dental, optical and the extended life insurance is about 120 a week so I guess that aint too bad for everything. That amount just really sucks if you get a short check and then that is coming out right off the top.

The weight is coming off I just will have to really try to keep on a normal eating schedule. Today was just snacking since I wasnt home then when I was I went straight to sleep. Now I just need to see If I can go back to sleep.

The dace revolution game I have seen but not up close. I normally play military style games, It's how I can deal with the wife and kids lol......

Todays food was

no breakfast or lunch

Dinner was hamburger helper lasagne with some corn with a slice of bread

Snack was a slice of pineapple upside down cake.

Drinks were just water and a diet coke.

I'll get up a little earlier tomorrow so I can have some breakfast and get more of a better for me food day.....

I just read through all your entries and I just wanted to say congratulations on losing the weight. I know you're not all the way to your goal or anything, but starting out is the hardest part and going back is the easiest. It seems you haven't gone back and that's great. Keep up the hard work.

Things are going real well but I have to get back to eating breakfast. My first meal has been around 5 pm and then I'm hungry all night but it will straighten out soon.....

Also congrats on the weight melting off I love when that happens
mine is slowwwwwwwwwwwwwly melting lol.Maybe you can do what
I do for a meal when I have no time or want to cook but grab a high
proten good tasting bar?I buy the southbeach peanutbutter but they only
have 140 cals ,now my sis N law says SNIKERS makes a high protein 2x's
higher and it taste so good you feel like your cheating and it's thick and filling for 280 cals,also it's suppose to give ya aboost of energy?Anyway try to
aim for 1 of the 2 meals your missing out on.Have a nice day Tammy

hey ya pinky..... na in the morning i have to be there at 630.... right now I'm in school..... I have to take a safety course for each chemical plant we have a contract with...... I'll be in class until probably Monday and then I go on call and the hours will change from day to day.....

an tammy snickers........ no fair lol.....

how do u manage when u sleep so late at nite? i hope u sleep better as the numbers go down. but glad things going well for u.

btw u in Texas? is that where it's flooding? i saw on tv last nite. :eek: devastating....

yea things are going pretty well........ yes I do live in the united states of Texas lol....... yea it has been raining a lot lately....... ah well it's an excuse to go fishing........

When you don't get in until 6:30, when exactly is breakfast for you? Keep up the awesome work and do make sure you get enough sleep.
