When you put it that way it doesn't look that good does it lol..... Well on a good note; You could have opted for a candy bar and really wrecked it. In the grand scheme of it all it wasn't a crazy bad choice. Just look at it this way, You got your fruit in for the day.... :)

with all the working out you would think it would be more. Heck I can normally lose that much sitting around the house and just cutting my calories. But if nothing else I do feel better after going to the gym and thats a tired I haven't felt in a long time. By the way grapes are very good for you so have all you want. I think it only runs about 2-3 calories each so you could have cups and cups without any major damages.....

Howdy congrats on 2 lbs I feel the same I lost 2 but I know it would have been more if I wouldn't have added uneeded bad foods last week and this.I bet you are "bulking" up tho.Your meneus are gr8 and your exersicing so the weight will start dropping in no time!Hope you have a gr8 weekend Tammy
 
Tammy we all have bad weeks when the cravings take over so no worries :)


Breakfast: 2 fried eggs (no calorie cooking spray), 4 slices of turkey bacon, and 2 slices of toast. [140+140+120]{Walmarts wheat bread is only 60 a slice.}
(400 calories)

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad from cracker barrel and some light ranch dressing.
(About 700 calories) {It’s not that much but Id rather guestimate over instead of under.

Dinner: Amy’s Indian Mattar Paneer
(320 calories)

Snack: protein bar
(190 calories)

Snack: mixed fruit smoothie; frozen mixed fruit and orange juice. [90+120]
(210 calories)

Drinks: water, diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1820 :cool:

If your looking for a yummy lowcalorie bread especially for toast I found lite wheat made by wonder it is 35 cals a slice and when thats out I buy

It saves ya a few but really not a biggie,I am always reading to find the
lowest possible so I can use those spare cals for something else lol.

down the milk shake lol. I need to invest in a good blender the old one I had was a dollar store one and I put 3 ice cubes in along with a strawberry slimfast and it bent the blade lmao go figure.Well I am bored and just typing away have a gr8 night Tammy

Yea I have found some breads a little lower in calories but they tend to cost more so I quit looking at those. I have found that anything marked "Lite" is an increase of about 1.25 lol. I wish I could send one down errrr up I guess it is but I don't think the Ice would hold lol. Yea you have to stay away from those blenders they tend to crap out pretty quickly. Walmart has a few good ones that double as smoothie makers. I use the magic bullet my mother in law bought me. It works pretty well and keeps the serving size to a reasonable size. I did find out one thing; If you free hand making a smoothing an mix too much frozen fruit and not quite enough orange juice you have just re-invented sorbet lol....... Hey it was pretty good all the same.
 
Well today was a good day except I didn't get in half the food I was supposed to. I'll eat something when I get home about 3 am. Yea it's too late to eat but i'm starved and only had about 1300 calories for today. I just havent had a chance for the dinner and such. It wont hurt me that bad because I'm going to Louisiana tomorrow night and the calories well... why even lie about it lol.

Well it is 1:46 AM lol hmmm I am on your kind of scheduel lol
The sherbert made from hand sounds good,I am going to have to come up with different variety of thing's,I got my fave's but I swear I get so burned out lately and constantly feeling hungry I frink water by the gallons but still starving.I did Ok tonight just have to add 160 more cals in reesee cup's.

No got a comped room at the casino and going down to play some blackjack. I also have a comp for a buffet so the calories will be there I'm sure. I'll be on my guard but that place ain't known to be calorie friendly....

I am so jealoussssssssss,I would be in the Poker Texas holdem room all night lol!I used to love black jack and let it ride until I was introduced to TEXAS HOLDEM.Well have fun and win and even if you don't It was free,Tammy

It's ok though even alot of food at the seafood buffet shouldnt be over my maintenance calories because thats still in in high 3000 range. I will just have to hit the gym sunday.

Tammy I love texas holdem I just really have better luck counting cards at blackjack. The only problem is if they use runs of more that 5 decks I tend to lose count.

I will. The buffet there is really good. The gumbo ain't as good as mine but it's ok. The fried alligator is really good and then they will have some fish fillets. Then they have all kinds of pasta dishes I'll try and stay away from at least 1 of those lol. Sheryl there will be bucket loads of crayfish. I will be fine I just have to stay away from the chocolate flowing fountain. I can imagine that ain't calorie friendly.

I love the Cajun creole food but I would trade it for a trip to one more new York deli or a Brooklyn pizza.... OMG..........
 
I know what you mean when it comes to card counting,I am sorta getting good at figuring out what people have or when I am beat when I play NL holdem bit I suck at Bluffing I am a tight player lol.I love Daniel Negreau he has to be the best in my book..Well when big,lots$$ oh and.....

Well back from the casino. I did well but I found out when you win quite a bit they take the taxes out right there on the spot. Silly ole government people lol.

Today was NOT a diet day thats for sure. I had 5 bourbon and diet 7-ups, a few glasses of unsweet tea, One plate of food and the only real bad thing I had was a slice of chocolate cream pie. Over all not a bad day but like I said not a diet day by any means. I'll have to have all my mail forwarded to the gym because thats where I'll be at lol. Nite all errrr aahhhhh morning as it were........
 
Well I woke up bright and early today at almost two pm lol. That three hour drive each way really drains you. My calories will be low today because I had plenty yesterday. I WILL be at the gym tonight and get on the elliptical for at least half an hour and I'll prob work on my chest and shoulders. Since I'm not body building I'm just trying to hit the main groups and I don't really have a set program. Most of my workout is straight cardio and boy does the elliptical take care of that lol.

The casino went well. I took 500.00 and after taxes :( I only had 6,432.75 .
Stoopid ole tax man. But I had a good time all the same. They gave me the option of paying taxes there or at the end of the year but I decided to just get it over with. It would be nice if I could do that all the time but the cards were nice to me last night; well most of the time any how lol.

I hate to admit it but I'm starting to love that machine. It gets me so close running but doesn't kill my knees like my weight crashing down on them would be. It was killing my thighs then about the time that quit the pain moved up to the sides of my arse.... So if nothing else it should be toning muscles I haven't used in forever.
