Howdy Hilly,
Lol I am not even going to say good morning afternoon because on your schedule who knows..hahaha....Yeah it looks yummy but probally highin carbs and fat maybe a cheat day or when ya figure out a low fat version.
Well I hope your day is starting out good and stay cool it is freaking 93 today I may just fix lunch on the sidewalk to save on gas.Have a good 1 Tammy
 
I never even knew you had kids - boy Im an ass - what age are they ? and home school - geeesh...who does that ?
Yea I have three. Two girls and a boy. 13,8,6.
The home school is pretty easy. you go to a teachers supply store and they have home school kits. some of it is in books and the rest are on computer software that looks like kids games but it sneaks in colors and numbers and things like that. In Texas the parents can do it you just have to get with the school and find out what they need to know from grade to grade so when you do put them in public or private school they are up to speed and not behind. A lot of times it lets them skip a grade because at home the don't have the distractions of a public school system.

it's not too warm here with all the ^%$^%$ rain. I'm up and the sun is still up; how odd lol. I think with the gym stuff my energy level is slowly coming up.

I don't think I answered all these in the order they came in. NO I'm not showing favoritism it's just really early lol.
 
The casino went well. I took 500.00 and after taxes :( I only had 6,432.75 .
Stoopid ole tax man. But I had a good time all the same. They gave me the option of paying taxes there or at the end of the year but I decided to just get it over with. It would be nice if I could do that all the time but the cards were nice to me last night; well most of the time any how lol.

Ohhhhhh I love seafood lol. The cards were just in my favor; I have left plenty of times with less than I brought with me lol......
 
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of toast, 2 slices of turkey bacon. [140+140+70]
(350 calories)

Lunch: fresh tomato with salt and pepper
(35 calories)

Dinner: Shrimp and fries. A few pieces fried, grilled, boiled. Oh and a few French fries with some ketchup.
(1000 calories)

Snack: protein bar after the gym
(190 calories)

Snack: mixed fruit smoothie; frozen mixed fruit and orange juice. [90+120]
(210 calories)

Drinks: water.
(0 calories)

Total: 1785 calories
 
Have not got where I am going yet. But not this Friday, but next one is our closing date. Then I don't know when I'll have a computer again!!:)

Well today is going pretty well but it's early lol. My father in law showed up with about 20 pounds of shrimp today so It wasn't on my menu but now it is. They are frying most but I'm going to sprinkle some with barbecue seasoning and grill them and then Ill boil some in a hot shrimp boil. Then there will be a few fries so I figured 1000 calories should cover it. I'm sure it wont be that high because boiled and grilled shrimp are fairly low in calories. Well thats the short term plan anyhow lol.
 
Ok I started feeling guilty about the fried shrimp so I just topped mine in some dry barbecue seasoning, onion and I'll just stir fry it in one table spoon of olive oil. I'm still gonna have the french fries with ketchup. I'm only gonna have about 14 shrimp stir fried and about the same boiled and a hand full of fries so now the 1000 calories is way over estimated. Man I need a calorie analyzing machine. Maybe walmart has one they have every thing else lol......

yea it's going pretty well. I would be more but I'm re-losing 40 pounds that snuck back up on me. That's life I guess but it's coming off this time. I'm eating better than ever and I got a gym membership and I just take it one day at a time. The good thing about being so large is I can still take in about 2000 calories and still lose weight; for now anyhow. right now I'm going to the gym about every other day because honestly being a big guy it just really zaps my energy.
 
Hey Randy, people lose weight and rubberband all the time. Its far rarer for people to lose the weight and then stop in mid-gain to regain their old habbits. There are some very good biological reasons for it and it takes an amazing ammount of willpower to start up again before all your effort is wasted.

Hey can I tell you it wouldn't take much just to say stuff it and order a huge chocolate cake and a quart of Ice cold milk. Even when I came off of my diet a bit I was still making reasonable choices and thats why only 40 came back and not the whole thing lol...... I'm going to do it this time and once I get down to about 350 i'll know it's all working.
 
Well today has been going pretty well. I have had breakfast and dinner and the rest will fall into place tonight after the gym. I'm planning on half an hour on the elliptical so I have enough energy left for some weight training. The other night when I stayed on for an hour my legs felt like I had been drinking lol. I could walk but it wasn't the straightest in the world. My legs are slowly getting stronger.

I'll probably do a full body workout and I hate those because I never know exactly what will be sore lol. I have just been hitting random muscle groups since I'm concentrating on cardio but I really need to buckle down and get some serious weight training in. The one thing I hate about the weight training is it makes my scale go coo-coo.
