uuummm was that good ???

yea it was pretty good. It tasted kinda like a milkshake but only not. A little thinner and not so cold but it was sweet without adding a bunch of sugar.

That is totally the right attitude!!! How did the soak go ???

It was good. feel much better this morning. I didn't have regular alcohol just a bunch of the mint green type. Which is fine if you don't mind craving mint Ice cream all night lol..........

Not a bad day and night I snuck in 2 pop tarts tonight hey it was a strawberry doesn't that count for fruit lol.

Tammy I don't know how many calories pop tarts have but it was better than a pint of ice cream lol. Strawberry used to be a fruit so yes count it as a fruit lol. The night sugar cravings can be wicked...........

Well yesterday went well. I got my calories up to where they need to be. I'm trying to bounce my calories around avoiding a plateau. A good calorie base for me is between 2000 and 2500 as an absolute max. It's time to go shopping again so I'm gonna have to get creative lol. Breakfast I have figured out; love my eggs. lunch thinking smoothie it sneaks my fruit in. dinner prob fish and a butt ton of veggies and snack hmmmmmm. But it's all up in the air.......... I think I was a huge hillbilly cheese burger but thats probably about 2000 calories so I think I'll wait on that......... don't ya just love cravings???????

I sure do but usually I give in - LOL - I hope you ahve a great day:) Im off to work - yippee _ I so wanna be done - I already gave my notice I was asked to hang around for the summer nad i said yes but I am done...ya know...Im gonna tell her today I dont wanna hang around anymore - I wanna be done for August - I need to re group and such as the ball has started rollign with the new job...plus ive made my decision an di am miserable now and I want us to part as friends and such...

Well sorry Im gonna copy nad paste this into my diary hee hee hee...

LOL no comment on the big fingers,haha...I hate those cravings
and why is it they tend to hit bad after hours,atleast if you had them earlier in the day you may be able to do damage control by adding extra exersices and cutting out a snack or 2 but come on where in the heck does a pop tart craving come from there are lots of foods to be craved and my mind goes for pop tarts lol.
I haven't ate beef well hamburger type I have a steak once in a blue moon but about 2 years now I crave the chciken cordon blues or anything to do with chciken lol.I know 1 of my chciken sandwhiches I like were like 1200 cals geeesh and I have to have fries or bake potatoe so a 1700 meal blahhhh.
ANYWAY we have changed our way of eating and tend to look at everything differently uinlike before"not thinking or caring what we eat"...

I'm not sure..... elliptical hmmmmm someone talk me out of it please........................................................................... But probably. Messing with some weights and stuff I bet the scale is gonna be mean to me.
 
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs (no calorie cooking spray), 4 slices of turkey bacon, and 2 slices of toast. [140+140+140]
(420 calories)

Lunch: Had a berry smoothie from fry’s. 500 calories would be a safe bet. [Raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, apple juice and some simple syrup]
(500 calories) really hate those mystery calories…….

Dinner: rotisserie chicken, mashed potato and corn with some butter. [?]
(? Calories)

Snack: protein bar [man the carbs in a protein bar….sheesh…..]
(190 calories)

Snack: ?

Drinks: water, diet coke.
(0 calories)

Total: 1110 calories + dinner and a snack later so should be well below my 2500 calorie max.

Well back from the gym. I did half an hour on the elliptical at 95-110 watts, a heart rate of 148-152, and a distance of 2.8 miles and burned 598 calories.happy hillbilly dance Then I went to the weights and worked on biceps, triceps, hamstrings, quadriceps and calf raises; forget the name for those but it's about this..................... long lol. Sorry body building during football off seasons was too many years ago. I know; too many muscle groups at once but I hit my second wind on the elliptical and was in energy over drive. I was starved when I got home and I grabbed a baked potato with just some light sour cream. Probably should have gone for something less starchy but it's what I grabbed and i stayed away from the ooey gooey chocolate cake my father in law baked.. All and all a good day. Must sleep now..... exausted...... nite all.

ohhhhh no I still hate it but It's as close to running as my knees really need to see. My endurance is slowly building up.

The good news is I lost 2 pounds but would have like to seen more but my pants are starting to slip so I'm losing inches as well. I need to get a measuring tape that way when my weight doesn't change the measurements might.

I still feel drained from last nights workout but I way overdid it lol.... well it seemed like a good idea at the time.

with all the working out you would think it would be more. Heck I can normally lose that much sitting around the house and just cutting my calories. But if nothing else I do feel better after going to the gym and thats a tired I haven't felt in a long time. By the way grapes are very good for you so have all you want. I think it only runs about 2-3 calories each so you could have cups and cups without any major damages.....

You are building muscal, my friend and it weigh more than fat, so that could be why it didn't show up on the scale!!

Spark people said 2 cups of grapes was 200 and some odd cals. I thought I was alright until then!:eek:

When you put it that way it doesn't look that good does it lol..... Well on a good note; You could have opted for a candy bar and really wrecked it. In the grand scheme of it all it wasn't a crazy bad choice. Just look at it this way, You got your fruit in for the day.... :)
