remember controll...........respect my author-itie!!!!!!!!
STAR:D

well i'm more worried about my calories than the salt. The cottage cheese I bought was 70 calories a serving for 6 servings so it's a pretty good way to fill up on a few calories. It does have 500mg of sodium per serving so yea the salt is up but it's nothing a few gallons of water wont fix lol....

Howdy HIlly,
Thanks for visiting me it's been a while and I know
your a busy feller! Congrats for the cottage cheese no matter what I
try to do to it I can't eat it.I love sour cream and I thought the 2 would
be simalar but not lol.Your doing great. Are ya satisfied with the 1300\cals
or do ya feel starving? Have a gr8 night Tammy:)

I hear ya and do what you gotta do to keep
down the healthy lifestyle.:) I have a horrilble
cold right now so I am not very hungry lol
Have a good night Tammy

Tammy hope you feel better soon.....

today went well other than hungry. I guess if I made supper that would kill the hunger bug..... didn't realize it was almost 11pm lol....

potato chips

Good idea about the potato chips.

I totally hear you billy on the night time eating. I used to like "nighttime food" better than "morning" food. Now I love the way poached eggs feel in my tummy, and I do them in a tiny bit of Olivina (olive oil margarine). Allow myself a taste of brown sugar on my oatmeal. An orange. One of my memories about my mother was that she ate an orange every morning, so I think of her every morning when I have my orange. Drinking 3 litres a day.

Take it easy, like M2M told me, one day at a time, one meal at a time.

Will be lookin out for ya.

well good morning Mechelle. Yea 1300 is kind of rough I may squeak up to 1500 and see how that goes.

well it's bright and sunny outside....Bleckkkk. I miss my gloomy no sun shining days lol. I need to make some breakfast but it's one of those days that eggs and cereal and stuff just don't sound good. I just might wait until lunch and have some grilled chicken with pablono peppers and sour cream and make some type of something or other out of it. It's all in the planning stage...hmmm.......

Howdy, Hilly,
Lol just have lunch for breakfast I have thought about
that a few times it doesn't hurt but I dunno about you but my omeltte in a bag I am satisfied after I finish it but I am hungry an hour later lunch and dinner keeps me fuller for a while.I would start out at 1800 and maybe give up 100 a week until you get use to it.Well have a nice day lunch sounds yummy,Tammy

Mental note: when you want to have some skinless boneless chicken for lunch, make sure it's already out of the deep freeze. lunch will slightly be delayed lol....

I do that too which usually means a quick ride in the microwave. Weeee!!..lol ;)

Anyway - have a great day & good luck with the lowered calories - 1500 sounds a whole lot more reasonable. I know I coun't do 1300 on my best day!

I am doing 1200... was I should say, I have strayed the past few days. I have found the secret is to find foods that are LOW in calories so you can eat alot more of it. A fantastic snack, a 100 cal snack bag of microwave popcorn with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese on it. YUM.
