a Hillbilly diary

Well I'm almost finished with my pre-interview paperwork for the Tulsa trip. If these guys don't offer me a job, I'm going to send them a bill for all the labor lol. I picked up the dress clothes from the cleaners;yuk. Just getting everything together that goes along with a trip. I still have to put the portfolio together. It's in the getting around to it file lol.
 
Sounds like its all coming together, good for you. I'm familiar with the "getting around to it file," be careful with that...mine has gone from a file to the entire bottom drawer of the file cabinet. :p :eek:
 
yea it's odd, I have never had to do research on a company just for an interview before. I think I understand it though. The oil field work is a hard life and they want to make sure it's really what you want.....

well the tummy butterflies are turning into dragons. About the flight, I ain't skeered. If there is a emergency landing in california Ill be the one on tv telling them it's pronounced ro'd'o not ro'day'o lol........ But since I wont be anyplace close to california it would be more like its pea'con not pea'can lol....
 
Ok now I'm officially nervous lol. these dragons in my tummy are killing me. the closer it gets the worse it gets. well its about three thirty ish so nite all....

Mechelle my brother in law lives in tulsa as well. He really seems to like it.

DQ im nervous more for the trip and things. I normally don't get bothered talking to people in an interview setting.
 
Well I called the airlines to check to see on the flights and everything is set up. Now I will actually pack sometime today lol. Man I really need to stop these last minute details. Being a guy and the normal packing, I'm probably taking much less than I need. I plan on getting sick while I'm gone. Right now the weather in Tulsa is close to Houston and almost subtropical lol. But on Thursday it is supposed to switch to a high of 36. I'm not expecting dress slacks to keep out the cold lol.
