a Hillbilly diary

I'm not worried about the 7 pounds. It happened it happened. It's still way less than what I started with. I couldn't break the plateau no matter what so I think this fresh start will fix it though I imagine he weight loss will be slower.

Heyas hillbilly,
Sorry to hear about the 7lb thingy but what's
good is that your partner will walk it off in no time with
ya!(doggie lol)I gained 3lbs Tues do to eating everything at that
damn all you can eat buffet so I walked my Winston up all
the hilly streets 3 days in a row and I lost the 3lbs weight the same now.
So it's nothing a lil walking won't fix! Walmart lawnmower lol
I got 1 for $99.99 and got a little over a year out of it then
it started putting like the old junker car I used to have back in
the day lol.Goodluck lawnmower shopping with incometax!Tammy:)

I tried the 99.99 specials but with the mileage on my yard I only got about 3 months out of them. The one I use now has the bagger attachment(which I don't use, it fills up in about 10 minutes lol) Think this one is like 168.00. I bought one last month or so and it conked in about a week and took it back grass and all. They gave me credit for a new one and just got around to getting another. Man that walmart will take back dirty diapers if you bitch hard enough lol. If I told them I was cutting 2 acres with a little push mower, don't think they would have taken it back lol.

Well today is going pretty well. Got in about 3 hours of cutting the grass so I burned up some calories. Today seems to be a good day food wise. The doctor told me to up my protein levels. Her words were, "Randy you ain't a vegetarian and you never well be, I want more deer hoofs on your plate." The draw back is most proteins are loaded with calories so I'm thinking egg whites and some other things to boost it up.

Hey there again, egg sub taste pretty good and the cals
are low I just dump a bunch in my freezer bag add some
diced ham and some 2% cheese and yummy!Fills ya up to!
Do ya like chciken & turkey?I am going to make a 17lb

Well, you can try for really lean cuts of meat. I buy individually packaged chicken breasts. They are about 100 cals each and then I just add to it what I'm craving. I like the turkey idea, it made me seriously consider cooking a bird on my day off on sunday...thanks Tammy!

Tammy I love turkey. thanksgiving i will normally cook a 20-25 pound turkey. Sometimes I will just fry up two 12's If we go that route lol.
