a Hillbilly diary

Well, slept through most of the day. I hope the weather change isn't getting to me. Thats all I need is to get sick right before I go out of town for my job interview. Today we are celebrating my daughters birthday so I guess it's a good thing I haven't eaten yet. Between the cake and the roast for dinner I will get all my calories for today all at once lol.

Well we had Beef roast with carrots and some white rice. Made some gravy out of the roast carrots and beef yummies. we also had some corn mixed with peas and some butter. Then for the cake I made her a chocolate cake with some whip cream icing and crushed up oreos....... Man I wish I had a dad like me lol.......
 
A chef daddy.. wooo!! My dad used to cook but now he just sits back and lets me do all the work. He can make a mean kimpup roll though!! (he explains it as korean sushi) Oh and his chili *dies* soooo good!!

Why do I always talk food to you?? :eek: ..lol
 
Man I hate when they give you compositions to write that you have no interest in. My six page essay is due tomorrow on "why marijuana shouldn't be legalized." I guess the hard part is I have no interest in it either way. The six pages on Microsoft word are easy enough using a font of 12 but just getting started. I have never had a problem with writing but I might have to do a search on essays on line to get an "idea".
 
Sorry you are having a hard time! I thought it was the teacher's job to give you something as uninteresting as possible and have you write a paper onit!! LOL Seriously, that's their job!!:D
 
Well it's not so bad. I have some pre-writing done and some websites to put in the credit section. That was all the hard part, the rest will just be six pages of BS lol.
Well today is going ok. It's 11:00 so must be getting close to breakfast time lol. Today will be kinda low on calories since I had enough for two days yesterday. Even homemake cake ain't that good on calories.
 
I got visited by the cake fairy twice this weekend & she brought her friends fudge & ice cream. :eek: ..lol
