LOL yall so silly.....

Breakfast-0

Lunch- 4 potato pancakes topped with light sour cream.
(about a bazillion calories)

Dinner- haven't gotten that far yet its still up in the air.

snack- tootsie roll pop :rolleyes:
(60 very very empty calories)

Drinks water; very very bland water.
 
Well yesterday wasn't too bad other than this white bread and molasses incident :(

I'm having so much trouble getting back into the zone of no sugar. I may have to quit it all together again. Ever since I quit taking the diet pills it has been a constant fight and the the weight loss has gotten slower and slower then finally stopped. I'm on about the 5th week now and it makes you want to quit and just give up so bad. I know I can't, I just have to re-evaluate everything and just figure it all out. I still haven't had a coke; man I almost feel like I should be in a AA type program for coke drinkers lol.
Alot of the slow is i have been out there walking miles cutting the grass. I got a guy with a tractor to run through it about once every two weeks. Now I'm letting the do pull me around once a day. It's strange a mile of walking with him seems more like walking 5 alone. Serves me right for getting such a huge puppy.

And hang in there Shug - the diet thing is never easy. Just a low spot - things will pick up. Just have to work harder at it.

they get the most pitiful look on thier smashed lil face when they want
something lol. I have a pic of mine on my sparkpage if interested he's
a white boxer! I can't for the life of me figure out the pic sizeing on here
so I have a spark page with all my pics (kids, dog and icky pics of me
at 255:( !!

the sizing thing isn't too hard you just have to take the picture down using your edit thing. Basically you right click on the picture and there is an edit tab, it should be set for 100x100 and you change the numbers to something like 50x50 or 25x25 depending on how long it takes to get it down to what this site will handle.

Turner and hootch is exactly right. He's a French mastiff or the correct name is Dogue De Bordeaux. We picked him u p from an out of state breeder for about 2500.00 He's real intimidating but in all hostly he will lick you to death lol.
 
It's strange how a dog walking you feels like miles and miles and even more winded than if i did a five mile hike lol. Well it's almost 12:30 so its getting around breakfast time......

the articles in the resource center are interesting and useful.... their forums are a little too big to get any real sense of community and support out of it... but her pics are very cute.. :D
