Well did the whole trying on the dress clothes today. It ain't me but nice enough I suppose. Me thinks I should have gotten into an industry that has a shorts and t-shirt dress code lol.

Well today is going well, I woke up lol. That always seems to be a good sign. Lost one pound but my calories haven't been near high enough so I need to work on that. Now just sitting here trying to put a resume' together but there isn't much to say since I have been on the disability. I guess I'll list the school and some of the courses but I'm a little out of my comfort zone. I never was crazy about filling out applications let alone resumes and cover letters. Well I'll get through it like everything else.
 
Good luck with your resume and cover letter! Resumes are a pain to do but once you have a good one done you can save it and never have to do one again! Hope you have a great day!!
 
Hey there, it only took me three days but I have reached the last page of your diary and therefore I get to post a message...lol. What a journey! But I've learned alot from you, like, how I'm not going to be buying a house with two acres of lawn to mow. And guys have the same clothes shopping issues as chics do. I hope your having a good day, keep up the good work!
 
well everything is going ok for the most part. I managed breakfast at 2 pm. It was another late night last night. I'm having a sweet coffee which I shouldn't and I know it but it was that or get into the batch of cookies I made the kids. I figure the sweet coffee was the less of two evils. Dinner is going to be huge calorie wise. They want beans and cornbread so the beans are kinda high in calories and the cornbread by the time I add the onions and peppers and cheese its a killer........
 
well today went well as far as food goes. I decided to start listing my food and counting my calories late at night just in case I'm not through eating when my list says I should be lol. I don't have an accurate calorie count, just a ball park number.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with a hamburger steak.{140+367}
(507 calories)

Lunch: slept so late lunch and dinner was really the same meal.

Dinner: Pinto beans and Mexican style cornbread seasoned with turkey bacon.
cornbread for two servings was 280+onions 16+ cheese 140. {436}
Pinto beans five servings was 300+ turkey bacon they were seasoned with 140.{440} for a huge total of about.
(876 calories)

Snack: 4 slices of wheat. {not all in one meal}
(280 calories)

Bad me: Sweet coffee
(160 calories)

Total (man I hate to look)= 1823 calories not bad though I was one meal short.
even if I was off by 500 calories its still a good day.
 
we use all kinds here. I think pintos are everyones favorite but they are also partial to black, navy, great northern and red beans. I like limas as well but I'm the only one that does. I normally season them with a ham hock or full on bacon. This time I put in some turkey bacon and it gave it a nice flavor without the grease ring lol. As far as spices I just throw things like salt, pepper, cumin, coriander the just top with cilantro when it's done. the only real calories are in the beans and cornbread themselves.

well today is the same as any other.

I had a big dinner lastnight so I haven't been hungry yet. I think I'll just call this a day of fasting. It's got to be better than cake and ice cream.
 
ummmm, I think if its your birthday the cake and icecream magically have 0 cals, 0 fat and are good for you. They have vitamin HB in them (thats vitamin happy birthday, btw)...oh, and before I forget HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
