yea not too bad. I even have enough room for a late night late' should the need arise lol.

The only thing about the interviews and such is I don't own any clothes made out of anything other than denim and t shirt material lol.... ah well it will be an adjustment.

well my weight is still frozen in time ugh. This low on my calories everything should still be dropping. The stall started about the time I had to start doing all the yard work but pushing a lawn mower; I don't think would cause the stall. I'm not mad though the thought of just going to get a coke and a triple hamburger comes to mind. Times like this you just want to give up and start eating again like the rest of the masses. Now if it's some sort of trigger i don't think it would be white starches because my wheat and whole grain far outweighs what i take in in things like potatoes and the occasional rice. It's just frustrating, If I was the only one this happened to I would be crazy upset but I don't know I just have so much riding on my losing weight. There is so much prejudice in the work place. I guess thats my main drive for all this.

Yeah take it easy, perhaps you stressed your body out to much and are eating too few calories. Also what kinds of foods are those calories? lower fat higher vegs etc?

Oh and one last pearl of wisdom - go to bed earlier and get a good 9-10 hours sleep!

yea there is no telling. Thats the funny thing about a plateau it could be anything. I cut the grass for 2.5 hours today and the way my luck is ill prob gain 10 pounds.
 
Randy, that weight will come off - just like the ***68*** pounds before it :D

OH I'm sure it will. Yea Mal's rendition I think is the one every school boy/girl grew up with. Starting to think people outside of Texas don't eat beans though lol. A new craving hit me tonight. It wasn't candy or coke it's sushi. Man thats odd but thats good for you right?

Just wanted to come over and say I love your doggie too. My friend has...well had a dog just like that ( he died this summer, very tough loss) and guess what his name was...Pug! Don't ask me why, I have no idea! lol

Get one of those belts like Toothless Ferret has and let your doggie take you for a walk and you'll break pass that nasty plateau! :D

I have 2 acres and a push mower, I'm always cutting the grass. by the time I cut the back and then do the front the back is ready to be cut again. It's a never ending cycle.
