well i woke up so thats always a good start to the day lol. The sun is extra bright. I really have to get darker curtains on the coffin lol.
 
well everything is going pretty good today; well other than food. It's five pm and i haven't had breakfast yet. just been running around all day. The blood pressure meds are working already, the numbers are coming down after just two doses so must be pretty good stuff..

Hmmm, something tells me that if you haven't had breakfast by 5 pm...it ain't happenin'! :p Glad to hear the BP meds are working for ya!
 
yea i could eat but just not really hungry. I'll go out grab some Mexican or Chinese and that will give me plenty of calories for the day. Not being hungry might be some side effect to the meds. No salt till the interview and physical is going to kill me ugggggg.
 
How I get by at a Chinese restaurant is

white rice instead of fried
limit the meat dishes but have some
steamed spring rolls rather than deep fried egg rolls
some wonton soup/ egg drop soup
boiled shrimp
random types of vegetables
large fruit plate
 
ummm...chinese food. It's actually not to horrible if you have it every so often. I actually think that it's the sodium that's the problem.

yummm, I just gorged on mexican but I could so totally go for some chinese too...lol...I'm a glutton. I'm calorie cycling...yea...thats it. Keep it up dude, you ROCK!
 
Evenin' Shug!!! I had chinese today - got the house vaggies - it was ooo yummy!! Like a moogoogipan only without the chicken & steamed rice...

Aaaanyway.. hope you had a great day & stuff..lol sorry very tired, my creativity got zapped with the 2nd pipe started leaking.
 
Hey there...so how is all going with you...my continuing saga of bad luck and that damn black rain cloud above my head just keeps on going LOL...sometimes I wonder just how much someone thinks I can handle...

Anyway...take care and wow ont he chinese when I go for chinese I go for the gusto it is a free for all eating...I love chinese food!!!
 
Well today is going ok. Yesterday sucked; Transmission went out in the truck again. This is rotten timing, right here at the holidays just ain't the time. Well the plan for today is live off of salads and cut the grass for about 5 hours. Well three will be more realistic lol. Every pound I get off before the interview the better because thanksgiving will offset it some I'm sure.
 
yea things like that happen. We had a transmission put it and it was under warranty so no problem. We had it towed to the shop and they sold the business. Now it's pay 2000.00 for another transmission or roll that into something else. When I was working it wouldn't have been such a big deal but right now it might as well be a million.
I have been in that situation with the kids before and it sucks. At least it wasn't hot out that would have been worse.
