A Healthier Me (Veronique's Diary Part 2)

I have to agree with you not exercising when you're having chest congestion! Glad to hear that you are feeling better and I hope you feel totally better soon:) Chest congestion sux.
 
kind of in a rush but no weight in today! Since I am feeling all sucky decided to wait a week for the weigh in Tom will be around soon anyways!


Ok so the chest congestion feel like it's on it's way out.....tommorow night I will do a workout and see how it feels.....hopefully it will feel ok and I can get moving again! and have the scale go down again!

Happy Valentine day!!!

Ok so my day is off to a rocky start....I forgot breakfast at home and Tom started today so all in all grrr you know but I have a good lunch so the day is going up!

Nothing much planned yesterday,.....we went out to diner with the kids! It was a famillly V-day! The kids behaved well so it was fun!

(I'm a recent addict to the show!! I'm thinking of buying it for my mom (who is also a recent addict!!)...she's in her mid-50's, and I think it would be the perfect thing to get her into working out!!)
 
The food sounds good Veronique, well the only thing is yoghurt is my nemesis haha

I have to be honest I haven't actually worked out since I have been sick....I have been trying to keep up with my house work....but I have to get back to it.....I really enjoyed it when I did it!!! Does you mom have the x box kinect??? cause you need the device in order to play the game!

Thank you but this week I have been snacking on bad stuff all the time.....I have to start doing what I was doing the other week

chicken wrap with red pepper and lettuce some cheese and a thai sauce ( store bought I don't know the calories)


Diner
a my mother in laws.....so nothing good and most likely nothing healthy!

I am angry at the bad snacking I did all week long I was blaming TOM but really it's me not TOM so I have to regain controle....food doesn't own me!
I am planning to work out hopefully I have time!
 
Oh my! TOM CAN CONTROL YOU!! I'm feeling just the way you are! TOM hit me hard this week, and I can't seem to stifle my chocolate cravings :) Do you get unbearably hungry with your TOM? I do, and I can't stop eating! hehehehe

My mom has a Wii and Wii fit board- I wonder if the game is on the Wii as well! :)

I know that Wii had one yes....I don't know if it is the same I have but I am sure it will kick her behind into shape as well!

I can eat almost anything in sight because of TOM.....24/7 I am hungry and starving

ok so I wasn't gonna weight in for the second week in a row and decide that was too dangerous....decide to weigh myself even if the week wasn't good, and I was expecting to be back in the 180;s or close to.....but 175.6 is my number today....I am hoping to see 173. something next week no more cruising I have to work I am designing the tattoo I want to I have to work for it....March 27 is getting closer so i have to eat well and do my work out I forked out money for the BL game so I have to use it.

Breakfast
english muffin egg sandwich with cheese.

Lunch
is a chicken and vegi stir fry
on some whole wheat pasta (1/2 cup)

Diner
I have no clue it's Friday I am working late and we have people comming over.
Don't know if it's for diner, if the wheather gets bad I have to gopik up my son at my parents.....I am craving creek salad with chicken! Or shawarma I will figure a way to make it at home!

Ok..NOW...what's this about a tattoo!?! LOVE IT!!

I have one tattoo, but I would have A LOT more if I weren't so scared of them!! hehehe What are you thinking of getting? :)

I wasn't exited about the number but I was releived ! I am usually very hard on myself .....got to learn to relax.


I am thinking of getting a butterfly tattoo on the back of my right hip. I want to draw it myself my own design! I made a pact with a couple of co workers and if we loose 10 lb or more for March 27 then we get a tattoo.
I am halfway there just got to get back to my no snacking and working out!
 
Love the tattoo idea - it's great motivation! Hope you had a good weekend and your probably enjoying family day today! Back to the grind tomorrow!!

Hope you are good at drawing!!! heheh. Tattoos are either SUPER COOL or awful...I've always wanted one but never been able to decide what I'd want there for the rest of the my life and I look back to what I thought was great when I was like 21 and think now...thank goodness I didn't go for it then...I guess if I see the right design then I'll know!

However, good motivation to have the pact with your co-workers. At my workplace there's 44 of us signed up to do a 10km run for charity in may and as soon as teh weather improves there'll be lots of people running before, lunch and after work, plus all of our sponsorship is at team level i.e. one signup list to sponsor us all which is nicer than having to raise individual totals. I'm looking forward to it.

I was thinking of getting a kinect - would you recommend it?
