Hi,
So I’m Green, and the forum said I should try and start an online diary, so I thought I would give it a go and I need as much support as I can get, I’m hoping to record my food intake/ exercise/ recipes/challenges I'm doing and just general everyday stuff. I currently weigh 264 pounds and a size 26 and am hoping to get down to a UK size 10/12 so I’m in it for the long haul, the very long haul.
I’m currently doing the UK Weight Watchers program and have lost 6 pounds already which I'm very happy with, yes it’s taken me 5 weeks but I know that I will be keeping the weight of forever. I’m also hoping to start adding major exercising as I’d like to be able to compete in cycling and walking.
Now onto my goals, as this is going to be awfully long, this is where all my goals are going to go and as soon as I hit a goal ill change the colour and put a date next to it

I also thought I would keep a weight tracker in my first post, with all my weekly weigh ins, so that I can look back and see how much I've achieved

Week 1 – 269 (-3)
Week 2 – 263.5 (-3.5)
Week 3 – 262.5 (-1)
Week 4 – 264.5 (+2) Started New Job
Week 5 – 264 (-0.5)
Week 6 - 264 ( :'( Stayed the same :'()
Week 7 - 263 (-1)
Now onto my measurements, I’ll be doing these every time I’ve gone below a stone mark, apart from the first one which I will be doing tonight.

Weight - 260.0
Neck – 16in
Biceps R – 18in L – 18in
Forearms R – 12in L – 12in
Bust (With Bra) 51in
Below Bust – 43.5in
Waist Smallest 43.3/4in
Waist at Belly Button – 52.5in
Hips – 55.5in
Thighs R – 27.5in L – 28.5in ???
Legs R – 18.5in L – 18.5in
So onto the little questionnaire thing, I did all of it but it ended up being over 3 pages long, so I thought id add the small bit and then add a question or two as I go along
1.How much weight do you want to lose?
I’d like to lose enough weight for me to be healthy and happy, whether this is to fit into my BMI brackets, or to be a size 10/12 I don’t know, at the moment I really just want to lose weight and get healthy and be able to run around and have fun.
2.What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
However long it takes I’m here for the long run, this is more about me learning healthy habits which I can use for a lifetime and know that I will never ever weigh what I do today again.
3.How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I’m currently doing the Weight Watchers UK diet, which is working really well for me. I hope to continue to use this method while adding in general healthy guidelines and lots of exercise!
4.Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
I am hoping to be able to support myself for the first time, I’ve always been able to sabotage myself and I hope to stop this, I've also got the support of my wonderful boyfriend, and hopefully all of you
5.How realistic is your goal?
I hope that my goal is realistic as I’m not wanting a quick fix, though I do have allot to lose and I hope that I can get down to the dress size I want to.
6.When will you start?
I started 5 weeks ago and have currently lose 6 pounds
I guess all I've got to say now is, I hope you enjoy reading and that you can follow me on this journey, and I cannot wait to see how everyone else is doing and following you all to achieve your goals.
