A Girl in College...

Ah, so lots to talk about. Not too much about weight loss, however. I'm just a blogger at heart, and ever since Xanga became uncool I haven't been able to share my detailed thoughts with the cyber world! I'm taking full advantage of this! haha

I kinda had a little exercising dilemma today. I worked at 10 am and couldnt sleep at all last night, so running before work was not an option. So theeen, I told some people from work that I'd go see Inception with them at 6. It was so hot out today, and I didn't feel like going to the gym, so I just decided to skip the exercising for the day. My legs are sore and haven't really been able to recover at all from lifting and running constantly, so I figured that I could slide by with this alright.

My food intake was okay, today. I didn't eat too many calories, really, but the stuff that I ate wasn't very healthy. I need to make a trip to the store to get some veggies.

Any way, today I CURLED my hair for the first time in my entire life! I've never been able t do it, and I tried a new way today, and it WORKED. I was so excited! I'm going to try and post a picture! haha

And OMG...Inception was so crazy! It was a reeeally good movie, and I would highly suggest it to anyone that loves plot twists and action! It's by the same director that created The Prestige, which is one of my favorite movies of all time!

I guess that's really it. Tomorrow I plan on getting to the gym around lunchtime. Liiike 1.

ALSO! I used to make videos of my progression, and I think I might start again? We'll see...

Well today is Thursday, and I have a few things to report.

I've been worrying so much about the "boy" over the past few days that I haven't had any appetite at all. My stomach has been all tied up in knots, and I just have a constant sick feeling. Yesterday I basically had to force myself to eat and even then all I had was raisin bran for breakfast, a side salad, some applesauce, and 2 pieces of toast. :/

Hopefully this feeling will go away soon.

Yesterday I also went to work out and decided to leave and drive to a river that's literally like 5 minutes from my house and try to run there. I absolutely loved it. During my run was the only time I was able to basically clear my mind.

As for today, I had a breakfast essentials packet with a glass of 1% milk for breakfast. I'll be back to update a little bit more, later on.

Good for you for finding a new exciting way to exercise! I find it way more interesting to run outside than on a boring treadmill, the only problem is that I have to worry about the weather haha.

Sorry to hear about the situation. It may have been a wacky, flukey day but from what I read you had zero protein and majority was carbs! Just be careful with that! :3

Thanks for stopping by Andy! I know I need to be eating more than that, especially foods with protein and nutrients, but I just couldn't stomach anything.

The weird thing is that my appetite hasn't returned fully. I spend more time being hungry than not on a normal day and lately I've only been eating because I know I need to. I never get that starving feeling that I used to so often. I wonder what is going on?

Well, I'm down to 137ish!! I weighed myself this morning and it was 137.4. I'm about to go for a run in between my double shift at work. Boo.

For some reason I'm not in much of a talkative mood, so I think I'm just gonna keep this post short and sweet. Hope everyone is having a good Sunday!
