Hey guys hows it goin? Im new to this forum and Ive been lifting for about 6 months now, when I first started workin out I would be sore the day after but now Im not hardly sore anymore. Is this normal when I lift I usually go for an hour or 2. Also Ive pretty much weighed between 140 and 150 and I havent gained any weight but I am getting much bigger arms and chest. one last thing what can I do to target the inside and outside part of the bicep to build them evenly, my insides make up consideerally more of my bicep than my outsides. Thanks for any help guys.
