A Few Questions On Workout

I've been going to a gym for the past 4-5 months but hav't really got the chance to enjoy it because i've been getting many colds and then school ..and so on..but now i plan on taking it more seriously.I've already spent over 600$ at the gym and don't want to spend more by hireing a personal trainer, so I was wondering if you can check out my workout and tell me how I can improve it or if theres anything wrong...

Chest-
Bench Press
Incline Press

Abs-
Knees- in-the-air sit-ups

Legs-
Leg Press
Calf Raises

Lats-
Upper Lats->Pulldown(Wide grip)
Lower Lats->Pulldown(Close grip)
Dumbell Shrugs(Trapezius)

Arms-
Biceps- Cable Curls
Triceps- Cable Pressdowns
Wirst Curls+reverse Curls

As you can see i'm not focusing on my legs to much since I play alot of soccer and mostly care about my upperbody..

all these will be done with 3 sets of 12 reps except the leg exercises which will be 3 sets of 15 reps.
 
What are your goals? I would include leg excercises it will improve your soccor performance.
 
well,my legs arent my priority,there already have mass and are cut from all the running because when I don't play soccer i run on my treadmill for 7-8 km...my goal is to build muscle mass on my upper body,mostly chest and abs
 
I would do one of the pulldown varations every session, you don't need to do both. Include some bentover rows and/or cable rows. I would do that workout twice a week for a month and change the set/rep schemes. Keep rest intervals under 2min.

Military press should be included also. Try to do some barbell curls also, there the king for the bicep, isolation at least.

one more question..should the barbell curls be done standing up or should I do them seated..like the preacher curls..
 
?? I do 4 sets on most things though I may bump it to 5 soon..
